Comfortable, very functional Hotel in a convenient location for a stop on our journey. Spa facilities are fun, and we were able to enjoy them entirely on our own on a Saturday morning at 10 am.

Slightly disconcerting lighting in the car park, which did not come on when we accessed it from the stairs! but you don’t need to pay the extra for the carpark, because the area seems very very safe. The guests before us had indulged themselves in the minibar and, if we had not spotted that, we probably would have been left with the bill!

Large and spaceous rooms, rich breakfast, very helpful staff. Very good spa (but price is very high). Very near the highway.

Breakfast was not included and that was not explicit in the reservation. Price of it was a bit high (9€ adult 5€ children). Spa was good but 19€ for 2hours is clearly way too much - in Ourense you pay 6,5€ for the same time with more pools, but no sauna, Hamman or water jets. No discounts for hotel customers. Hotel is not near from the town.

The room was spacious and the bed was huge and so comfy. Lovely to have a bathing the en-suite. The staff were so kind and helpful and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. There is a lovely outdoor garden on the first floor which would be great when the weather is warm..

A good clean and comfortable large hotel. A room mix up was quickly dealt with at reception which we were very grateful for. Reasonable food in the restaurant for an OK price. Good friendly staff.

Fantastic proper circuit spa pool with lots of jets and different pools. We had a super delux room. Well worth the extra as cam with a private garage underneath it, a larger than usual super super king bed and a large spa bath.

Spa was amazing!! The bed was very comfortable. Food was good.

The WiFi didn’t reach our room. The reception did not know anything about the spa or the restaurant, I think that they should be informed to be able to tell guests about services that the hotel offers.

Amazing room for the price l paid. Top class four star comfort for a three star price. I was travelling out of season so that may be the reason. I asked for somewhere safe to keep my bicycle overnight and l was given a room with its own interconnected garage. Wow! Breakfast great, and from 07.30, staff all very helpful except for the receptionist at check in.

The only negative was my check in experience. My Spanish is very poor, her English was worse. She tried several times to explain how to find the garage from which the room could be accessed. I did not understand, she did not call for help, just repeating the same explanation. Eventually the person behind me in the check in queue came to my aid with a basic explanation. I then found a member of the waiting staff who walked me to the garage. Thank you to him, he did a great job.

It's an ok hotel and the best option when you consider other options in the area. The rooms are large, and breakfast is good. The location is outside of the city so you'll need a car or a ride. The staff is ok, some are friendly and others just do their job.

The dinning room and bar are not as nice as the rest of the hotel.
