This was our 2nd visit to Caesar bay and I was happy to see that everything was still at the high standard it was 2 years ago in our first visit. Even though the resort was fully booked the staff was very attentive to our needs, food was exquisite and both beach and pool were kept clean. Kudos to Hani our housekeeper who gave my daughter a flower every morning and Ahmed who greeted us with drinks at the reception, remembered my son’s name throughout our stay.

Entertainment and animation was all in Italian which was a bit odd for a resort in Egypt and we felt a bit left out but the kids still enjoyed dancing with everyone. It would be nice if Egyptians are more recognized.

We stayed in beachfront room , check in/out was so quick and easy we loved the welcome drink that was so delicious , all staff is n hotel premisis are friendly , helpfull and very welcoming , food in resturnat served in breakfast and dinner was good in term of variaty and quality , thanks to all waiters in resturnat speacially mohamed and ragab, pool was good as well as the beach , life guards are so attentive , we enjoyed the water sports available on the beach. housekeeping service was so good , special thanks to ibrahim who made our room always neat and tidy, also big thanks to guest relation officer Ms . Norhan who was following up with us on daily basis to ensure that we are having comfortable stay in the hotel.

This is my 5th visit! The beach is spectacular. The Seaview room is spacious and they provided a very nice crib. Food is delicious as usual, especially the bakery. The staff are professional and nice at the same time.

This was one of the best stay ever, starting from the welcome at the reception with refreshments towels and welcome drink. They offer us a free upgrade to a sea view nice room very close to the pool and the beach. The room was very nice and it has fruit platter, nuts, chocolate snacks and drinks in the mini fridge and all these items complimentary from the hotel. The animation team is great and very friendly 'Ahmed, Marvin, Alisa' and they always communicate with us every day for the day activity and night shows which was fantastic oriental dance show and international show were very good. The guest relation Norhan is a very professional guest relation representative I have ever meet she takes care of every thing and keeps following up with us if we need any thing during our stay to ensure our satisfaction and she really helped us a lot. Thank you all to made our stay rememberable

The food, location, cleanings, facility, staff all were awesome. The beauty starts with the security staff who smile and greet people with respect. The guest relations staff ms. Nourhan was checking daily on us to see if we need anything or have complaints she was so nice. She and mr. Mohamed Abdullah helped me preparing a surprise cake for a special occasion and it was the most delicious cake and wonderful surprise. Everyone including the animation team, room service staff, chefs, and waiters all are to be thanked for their superior service and hard work. I remember some names but not all mr. Sabry, Ragab, Ahmed, Hazem, Nour, Pola, pepsi, Alis, and honestly everyone in this resort was above and beyond. They work for you to come back not to help you one time only. I hope to see them again very soon and enjoy the yummy food and nice beach and pools. The room is spacious and beds are really comfy. The animation Team was perfect either Egyptians and Italians , Room was Super Excellent Big , Clean and with a great Sea view , everyday they were surprising us by a sweet snack which was nice and Elegant .. Hope that next year will come again .. I think i finally found my final destination in my Summer vecation ❤

But i found the Food is the Least thing that Man is searching for .. the great Hospitality for the Restaurant members is the only great memo for me till now Hope The hotel stay in the same Level each year
