Hotel being in Almaza bay and able to use the facilities of the other sister Jaz hotels in Almaza bay is the biggest plus. Breakfast buffet is decent. Staff is very friendly, helpful and cooperative. Jaz management is keeping the standard in general

The hotel is basic so you have to manage your expectations, it’s clean and decent and convenient if you just need the room to sleep and shower. It’s walking distance from the beach ( or 2 min by golf cart). Windows AC, is doing the job but sometimes bit noisy, (budget style accommodation) Rooms don’t have queen or king beds, all are single attached beds, which can be uncomfortable. Some minor improvements can make the room better.

Staff was very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to ensure my stay was appreciated. Breakfast had a lot of varieties and staff were attentive and very efficient serving the tables. Beach is close by 5 mins walk.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful especially Moustafa at the reception.

The hotel is very basic. I was satisfied as i stayed at a good rate. But i wouldnt stay with today’s rate as its overpriced for the facilities and the location of the hotel. In summary its an ok hotel, for a friendly budget, if the rate is too high better look somewhere else.

The ac in the room as very old and a bit noisy. Also the queen bed was 2 single beds attached.

The location is very good, beds are comfortable, room is clean, and good value for money.

The staff lacks hospitality manners and etiquette. Since we checked in till we checked out all the staff we met (receptionist, bell boy, house keeping) didn't know how to handle or deal with guests in terms of language, problem solving, and hospitality. Just an example After check in, we left the room at about 5 to go to the beach, when we returned later we noticed some things were taken from the.mini bar. Normally we reported it and their excuse was that they needed to rotationally change the chips in the rooms??? I don't understand who gave them the right to walk in the room while im not there to take whatever they want then justify it. Honestly the management is better off with a well trained staff that can elevate the hotels name.
