The location of the hotel is great The staff were very professional and friendly and whenever i call for anything within 5 mins they come. tried the breakfast once was really good too. The room was more than amazing, very clean and new furniture and quite big. Overall i liked going there to be honest it exceeded my expectations comparing to the price we paid!

The elevator- one was always buys & the other broke the time we stayed there The pool is very small so not really enjoyable & the outdoor setting was a bit old furniture , even tho the view from the pool side was amazing! The room balcony was soo small to sit in it.

Enjoyed so much ,food is and really big thanks to the girl who was cleaning our room she was polite and descent ,she take care of our room sanitized it daily in a professional way ,bedding was fine sheets were clean room smelling toilet was very clean ,in general hotel is good and clean , staff all in all are polite especially reception staff our needs it didn't take few minutes to finish , we tried thier room service only one tone but really thier burger and pizza same as big brands , thanks Delmar

Mr.Mahmoud the front office manager a true professional and amazingly friendly knows how to go the extra miles for the guests he made my vacation with my mother exceptional Thank you really. As a matter of fact the whole Delmar team are amazing .Location is perfect amazingly close to almost everything and Seaview is just Breath Taking. I would always stay here everytime I come to Marsa Matruh

Location, staff & hospitality. They were really decent & helpful to the best of their abilities. Rooms were Good, comfy beds & clean The in-house cafe was good

Beach was lacking, they need to have a deal with a better beach. Food variety wasn't much (also some drinks to be offered during dinner would be nice) Toiletries (they need to add better toiletries)

Pleasant welcoming by the front desk especially from Mr. Mahmoud .. He gave us the nicest room with the most exquisite view to enjoy the amazing scenery of the lovely blue sea of Marsa Matruh .. and gave us the highlights of what we can visit during the stay in the city and it was fascinating .. Thank you Delmar staff, we will be coming again hopefully asap.

I didn't like when the AC remote control wasn't working and I had to call the reception to bring me another battery Also the TV remote control stopped working and I also had to change it l, apart from that everything was perfect.

Love it so much Very quick check in it took a couple of mins the girl at the reception was very welcoming and smiley the room was good and clean It was only one night but they are so friendly and professional, hotel terrace cafe is wow you will enjoy your coffee in an amazing scene Go to delmar and enjoy

Construction around and renovation in hotel plus there is no beach

Well its 2nd visit,magnificent location i had booked city view room bu they upgraded us to the sea with no fee thanks reception workers they are very welcoming and polite ,food is fabulous tasty,variable,good quality ,i love Delmar i love the place ,i recommend the place for everybody
