Hotel is very cleaned, staff are very polite and helpful, location is wow, even when there was an issue in water supply they solved it very quickly 👍

I don’t recommend the restaurant for dinner or lunch The sea side rooms is almost same as city view Also there is a hotel beside was noisy for some rooms

Really you made our vacation easy comfortable and lovely .

Almost brand new, you can still the new furniture smell, nice location away from the crowd, their Chef is amazing and the food has many variations, front desk staff are very friendly and it is very safe for family

The private beach is very small, surrounded by boats and skis marina which give a very bad fuel smell al over the beach

The water is fabulous in Matruh and the beach is clean, however it’s little bit small, the staff is great and very friendly and supportive, the food taste was very good, rooms are very comfortable and totally new, the location of the hotel is unique and almost in the center of the city and near to the corniche

There’s always a problem in the elevators, the parking fees are very high within the hotel and hardly to find outside, no variety of food especially on the dinner and they are not offering water or any drinks as well, the beach is very small and I believe in high season would be crowded

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The experience was super comfy and luxurious, with every detail perfectly taken care of.
