The resort is in a great location, right on the beach. However it’s also just a short walk to nicer beaches and the tourist attractions of Cleopatra Beach. The service was great, especially in the restaurant. The manager was amazing, always making sure I had everything I needed. The receptionist was lovely too. The view from the balcony was amazing

The property does have wifi, however it’s not very good. I had to use my phone data for most things so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you need to do some work using wifi. When I first arrived, the bellboy showed me up to my room and after asking for a selfie, he tried to kiss me… which was very inappropriate and made me feel super uncomfortable. I didn’t tell anyone because I felt awkward but I feel like I should share it. I hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else and that he learns that it’s not okay… I really should have said something to the staff at the time. Everyone else was amazing so I’m sure they would have resolved the issue if they knew

Beautiful hotel lives up to international 5 stars standard. Clean, friendly and helpful staffs, great service , spacious room fully equipped, amazing breakfast, breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea, super good value. They offered us welcome desert and an upgrade. Very generous!

We visited during low season soft opening, there was no WiFi. But all other facilities are functional.

The staff was very friendly and service oriented, from the moment we entered the hotel till the day we left. Especially the ladies at the reception, the cleaners and the staff in the restaurant provided excellent service. You can tell that they are being well trained on the job, paying attention to details. Breakfast and dinner buffets were good, with a variety of fresh good to choose from. The hotel is not so huge, which allows for personal service and a family feeling.

Overall very good experience. A few minor things. The swimming pool is not very big. For swimming the beach area is also limited, but it offers a nice area with quiet and shallow water (at the laguna side, not the mediterranean) to play or cool down especially for families.

This hotel is very good in terms of hygiene, service and facilities. Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and has a very sincere attitude towards the guests. They will seriously solve every problem of the guests one time at a time. Very good accommodation experience,

Every aspect is done very well

The resort is in a prime location. The beach is amazing. Water is clean, serene and beautiful. The room’s furniture was brand new, we did like the layout and design. The food was good but there is always room for improvement. Restaurant and F&B staff (especially Ms. Rania) were very helpful and friendly in a good way. There was kids show on the beach everyday, also at night there were lots of entertaining shows.

Shuttle bus is a must, as the hotel is far away from the city center and there is no Uber in Matrouh. Moreover, the taxi drivers are always asking for a lot of money since there is no other means of transportation. Front office staff were not professional. We believe that they are new hires and they all need training. Hygiene is critical to us, and we believe that it was not up to standards, and the Housekeeping staff should take good care of the property because this resort has a lot of potentials. Unfortunately, women wearing galabya were allowed to swim in the sea although there are plenty of other alternatives for hijabi women swimsuits. As it is well-known that Galabya is not a hygienic option to swim with.

The hotel is new, clean and comfortable. It's small which we liked, there weren't any crowds. We parked easily. The staff was extremely accommodating and spoke English. Breakfast was good and we also ate dinner (a burger) which was tasty, however the a la carte menu is rather limited. The hotel also serves buffet dinner which we didn't try. The location is good if you like to be cut off, there isn't much to do around the hotel. The hotel is situated right across the road from the spectacular Cleopatra Bath beach. The hotel also has its own private beach looking into the inland sea that families with small kids might prefer. There is a smallish pool as well.

The shower cabin was a bit small. Breakfast was served on two stations that were kind of far away from each other. The furniture in the room is functional but of low quality (cabinet doors are already dislodged, wardrobe door doesn't slide, etc). Unconnected with the hotel, what ruined our experience the most was the state of the city. Matrouh is by far the dirtiest city i've seen in Egypt and that says a lot. Even the spectacular Cleopatra Bath beach was littered with garbage everywhere. The city also doesn't offer much in way of entertainment / sites, so you're pretty much stuck to your hotel. The state of the roads was poor as well.

Spent a week & extended for 2 more days in July. Amazing staff so friendly, cooperative, and professional, especially Mr. Ahmad Hussein & Chef Badr at the restaurant & Mr. Foaad at the reception. Rooms are wonderful, clean, fresh, comfortable, and spacious. Beach is beautiful. Different daily entertainment programs/ shows. The GM, Mr. Magdy & Mr. Ahmad are very professional. The hospitality, cleanness, ambiance, and staff made our stay a memorable experience! Definitely will go back!
