The level of food and overall atmosphere does not match the standard of service expected from such a property. The quality of the food falls short and does not align with the image or service of the team. With better restaurant offerings, this could easily be one of the best hotel resorts.

It's cleaner than most Egypt hotels. Think similar to Cabo. The breakfast buffet wasn't anything to write home about but it was decent. Not your usual American breakfast item flavors

I think staff was really pushing for the tips but it's fine. It's how they are able to make a living

I love this Hotel and will come back every year God willing. Also worth mentioning the staff are super nice and accommodating and sea is breathtaking to say the least I definitely recommend this property!

The restaurant for dinner if you haven't booked the full board breakfast and dinner is insanely over priced. It's 3k egp per person which is honestly a lot. I think this area needs revisting in terms of pricing as we would've definitely went had it been a bit more competitively priced.

My recent stay at Jaz Elite Crystal in Almaza Bay was, for the most part, an absolutely delightful experience. This hotel truly shines, offering a fantastic setting for a relaxing break. The facilities were excellent, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the undisputed highlights were the beach and sea – truly breathtaking and among the best I've encountered. The crystal-clear waters and pristine sands were perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and simply unwinding. It's clear that the hotel boasts a prime location.

I am thoroughly overwhelmed by the impeccable attention to detail during our stay. From the receptionists, Alaa and Ahmed, to Ahmed Emad and Ossama in the housekeeping department, every aspect was perfectly managed. Special thanks to Chef Ahmed Elsayed and Chef Essam for their delightful cuisine. I’d also like to extend my gratitude to the professional young lady, Injy Adel, as well as Doha and Marian (or Marina) from the dinner service. Additionally, I must mention the courteous pool attendant, Abdel Wali, and Mina from the bazaar who was incredibly polite and welcoming. I do not wish to overlook anyone, as every staff member was truly exceptional. Thank you, Jaz Crystal, for assembling such a professional team that made our stay exceptionally romantic and unforgettable. Khalid and I are eagerly anticipating our return next season, inshallah. Thank you once again, Injy Adel, and special thanks to Doha for the romantic cake and room decorations, which were beautifully crafted by Ahmed Emad each day.

90% of the staff are not professional they are totally 100% hard workers but not so welcoming they need more training except for the names I mentioned above

Beach was beautiful and service was excellent. The waiters are super accommodating and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean and spacious for us two traveling together. Overall, it was a great experience.

Breakfast and dinner had a lot of options but food didn't taste good at all. There's a general lack of attention to details in Jaz Crystal. At check in, the gentleman checking us kept asking for my card in a pushy way, which I didn't appreciate. The bathroom was never cleaned or towels were changed during our stay despite my request to housekeeping several times. Tiny improvements will make a huge difference.

The property was very clean and well designed! The location is excellent and the fact that it’s open to other facilities located within a walking distance gives you more options to select from and makes the facility seems big! The staff were super friendly and extra helpful. Angie, public relations person was extremely accommodating and very gentle!

There was a lack of light snack menu for snack times!

the beach is wonderful, never seen a beach with that beauty before, was exceptional, my kids enjoyed the pool as well it was spotless. The staff is very polite and respects you in many situations.

Limited options for food for dinner, Hotel room service food sucks !, No option for breakfast and dinner, dinner or snacks was expensive. no night entertainment, no animation team.

I liked the sincere service everyone all the staff is putting daily into this. Special thanks to Saeed from house keeping, chef Essam at the breakfast buffet and all they guys at the beach bar.

1. The ambient smell of Oud in the lobby, put me off. Get a consultant to advise. 2. Quality of the ceasar salad at the beach bar. Get a food consultant.

Breakfast was very rich, very big choices, it was excellent, staff very friendly, DOHA MOHAMED from guest relations greeted us with the most beautiful smile, was very caring and warm, we felt very welcomed and she helped in every way with our questions .and needs. She made our stay wonderful

Maybe a concierge at the reception that can guide the first comers with things to do in Almaza, and what to visit as we felt a little lost as 1st time to visit
