1- The beach time is very bad from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm it's no good time No sunrise time , no sunset time Must depart from the beach before sunset with 120 minutes also, with sunrise about 240 minutes after sunrise. 2 - Also, no smoking on the beach, according to Mr. Hatem reclation orders

Staff is very friendly and helpful especially Ms. Mariam ElSherbiny, Mr. Mohammed from the front desk, Fares from restaurant and Ahmed Elhag the billman. I'm highly recommend this property because of its employees ❤️😍.

Furniture and buildings are very old

Most relaxing place compared to other porto hotels. Great sea view from rooms Nice place for kids Nice beach Nice breakfast and dinner Nice, helpful and professional stuff ATM is available at hotel gate The security team is very organized Awlad Ragab supermarket started working there.

Rooms doors are still with traditional keys not smart entry cards. The pool water is not clean and has impurities even at the beginning of the day. More famous shops need to be opened in porto Matrouh Parking lot is sandy land not asphalt.

All staff are so friendly and all the time they are helping us , specially Ms.Hor is the best thing in our stay , her response about our request was very nice and delightful, she was trying to fulfill all our needs and flexible with us by all means , she was so friendly , helpful, ease everything in the property and handling us as much as she can during our stay , I wanna to thank her and recommend any one to ask about Ms.Hor to facilitate everything there during the stay in addition, I wanna appreciate efforts of Mr. Asem for us regarding the all over stay

Hotel facilities is good, staff is very corporative and friendly, thanks to Adham and Sam for the wonderful experience.

All staff members are so friendly, and they have made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible, paying attention to every detail and going the extra mile to ensure everyone in our group is satisfied.

The beach is a little too far. Resort clients don't have access to the Porto Chalets facilities like the aqua park and the more kids-friendly swimming pools.

- The staff were very decent and nice and welling to help anytime especially Ms. Hour, she was caring so much about our reservation and stay and she did her best to make sure we enjoy our vacation. Also special thanks to Mr. Asem who helped us during a medical emergency. - Breakfast was very good. - The private beach

- The pool is not large

Amazing staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet has lots of delicious varieties every day. An excellent sea view from the top-level rooms.

Suggestions for improvements: 1. An elevator is needed to move elderly people between the three levels of the hotel. 2. The parking lot could use some shade. 3. Concrete/wooden blocks to connect the beach entrance to the water. 4. Swimming pool edges are too rough causing the kids' swimming suits to wear off while getting in and out of the water.

😊 – The hotel is a clean, comfortable, and very good stay for travelers to Mersa Matrouh and the receptionist is friendly and helpful 👍  It's an amazingly beautiful place, with very nice people, and quiet.
