One of the best beaches on the Mediterranean. The restaurant was amazing, great food and excellent service. Kudos to the guy who served us a perfect medium steak in a buffet. We loved the beach lodge.

There is a nice shopping area within the resort (pharmacy, clothes, bars) but asking for the hotel golf carts to take us there was awkward. It's a weird gap in operations we rarely see in similar hotels. Housekeeping is consistently late. The beach umbrellas are tiny, if you're not into sun bathing you will have to rent the lodge.

The staff was amazing, and very helpful. The beach, and the pool side were very nice and clean. And most of all no mosquitoes at all.

There was no heated pool as mentioned. They have to mention that there is no elevators, I was lucky to find the ground floor room available, otherwise it would be big problem cause I can't go up or down the stairs even if it is one level only.

The road to the hotel was really a disaster You have to check the room every time the room service finish making it because they must forget something, sometimes the shampoo, sometimes the water... Never made my room without forgotten something

The hotel was great. It was the cleanest and most hygienic hotel in Egypt where I have ever been. The stuff was great. Especially Omar, Eslam, Gerges and the other people from the lobby bar did a perfect job. The drinks are really good and also the coffee! We preferred to sit there for our drinks!

It seems like the hotel is made for Italian guests. We sometimes had the feeling of not being welcome as German guests. The animation team treated us very disrespectfully and unprofessionally after they find out that we are not from Italy Also there is no English program of animation. Some of the stuff in the hotel can’t speak English, only Italian.

Alamaza bay is one of the best beaches on the North coast. Crystal clear, calm, and long stretch of white sand. The hotel is big, and has some amazing views, and a lot to offer. Jazz almaza was the first to open in a complex of 5 hotels. You can always pick other ones and I honestly recommend either Tamerina or Oriental. Food is ok. Very friendly and hard working staff. Overall I had a great stay

As everyone else mentioned, it is about time to do some major renovations in the rooms. The price is pretty high too but I think that’s the norm along the coast during that time of the year..everything is really overpriced from lodging to food.

The room was excellent. Very clean and tidy and room service was good. The staff were friendly, helpful, and resolved any problems straight away. The buffet Breakfast and Dinner was really nice. Lots of variety and nice food. The facilities were very good. Nice pools, gym and beach easily accessible. All the staff were great and management great. Customer Service very high. We would definitely like to come back again and have recommended to friends and family.

Location was a little bit far from where we were staying in Cairo. The distance from the go bus station to the resort was a bit of a distance. We had to order a cab from the station to the venue. Transportation not easy and had to make own arrangements.

The location, the good design, artistry, cleanliness of the premises, the sea with its torquois-clear waters, the wide pools with crysty-clear water, the greenery and the huge, wide varieties of delicious food of the Egyptian, oriental and international cuisines in much more than enough quantities. The room was spacious, comfortable with elegant furniture and all what you need utelities and devices. The staff were genle, polite, curtious from the moment we made the check-in and meeting Mr. Anwar on the reception desk, untile we were greated god-bye by the polite porters. Sure w'll come again!

Old furniture and room setup Internet was Not working ?! The hotel is in strong need for renovation Also electricity used to cutoff sometimes. It was for a very short time however it’s worth mentioning

• Internet speed (almost no internet most of the time) • uncomfortable bedding (pillows are so thick and hard that I got a neck pain) • too crowded during eid (I was not able to get food sometimes because lines were too long and I would wait for 30 minutes to get something, had to have breakfast as early as possible to avoid crowds) • Dark hallways • Pool not heated Overall seems like the hotel doesn’t function very well when crowded
