LOCATION Close enough to the center that you can walk. ROOM Big, clean and comfortable. BATHROOM Clean. Hot water. Toilet with built in bidet. STAFF/LOBBY Staff allowed me to renew the "upgraded" room at the same price (600K) as the basic room instead of making me change rooms. KITCHEN/MEALS Breakfast is a buffet with various asian dishes (nasi goreng, mee goreng, steamed vegetables, some fish, eggs, toast, pastries, fruits...). OTHER Two pools. A larger deeper one and more of a kiddie pool. The larger one isn't great for lap swimming - only about 15 meters and has a bit of a strange shape They gym is nice. Has a good amount of equipment (treadmills, machines, free weights, kettlebells) for a hotel gym. Provides towels and water as well.

ROOM AC was weak. Room wasn't hot, but not cool either. STAFF/LOBBY -Some confusion at check-in. They didn't have the room type that I booked. I was given an "upgrade" that meant I had to wait while they moved two twin beds together instead of the queen bed I had booked. KITCHEN/MEALS -no water refill WIFI A bit spotty.

The breakfast came with reasonable selection but a little below expectation. The location is close to the 3 major malls viz Centrepoint, DeliPark & Sun Plaza. However, it is preferable for you to use a grab or taxi to go the these places as I didn't notice any proper pedestrian walkways that lead to the malls. On a Thursday night, there was a live band which was pretty enjoyable.

Although the road trip to the airport was not reletated to the hotel, the journey to the airport by Grab was a big put-off. The grab driver took a route through a village that looked like a slump with very a narrow and crowded road and basically had to honk his way through for close to an hour. The hotel should voice out to the tourism sector to avoid such a route to the airport else tourists would probably not return for another visit to Medan City.

Staff have been very helpful and welcoming. We asked questions about the city. They gave us very detailed explanation with such a nice and professional attitude. We asked about bakery that sells Indonesian cake Lepis legit. Lobby staff helped us call and reserve the cake as we don’t speak Indonesia. She went beyond general service to the best level.

The room cleanness need to be improved. Had stains in bedsheet. A little bit of smell from sewage of toilet. Not too bad though.

We loved staying here. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. We recieved a free upgrade of our room and a complementary welcome drink. The rooms were equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much that we came back for a second stay. The wifi was also good. It is a 10 minute walk to the mall, which we also enjoyed.

The rooms are starting to feel a bit dated. Our toilet was leaking a bit from behind. To keep the amazing experience, I think upkeep and modernisation is important.

5-star facility @ USD 30.00 is amazing. At the reception they upgraded my room to 'Deluxe' without my asking. That was real surprise for me. I didn't feel like walking as the floor was so clean that I didn't want to spoil it! There are a good number of malls and branded stores nearby. Taxi arrangements are excellent and economical.

Currency exchange counter.

The staff were very attentive and polite. I loved the interior fragrance which was so refreshing and zen after visiting bustling Medan. A weighing scale in the bathroom was tops!

The room service menu needs more variety. Also there should be a second breakfast option. Not everybody likes or wants a buffet. Simple toast, jam, butter and yogurt would be great. The spa was not very organised with their bookings. The aircon was noisy and the temperature could not be controlled as it was central aircon.

- We booked a 90’ massage for 2 people but only ended up getting 60’ for the same price, the ladies at the staff couldn’t speak any English so we never got to understand why. However, the massage itself was really good!

Very spacious hotel room with clean amenities!

Not a good selection from the 24Hr room service (Food) that they provided. Pretty pricey too! Each dish is about SGD 8-9, fit for one. Toilet sink was faulty when I arrived but they fixed it promptly and even offered a room change. Also, no breakfast provided - Just a heads up for those who don’t read the services included portion before booking. Otherwise, like what everyone has said here already, roads get pretty noisy late at night and early in the morning so just beware. Nothing they can do really.

Staffs was friendly and very accomodating, location was perfect, lobby and room looks so fresh and new, competitive fare and thank you for upgrade me to the deluxe room.

Air conditioner doesn't work properly so our room slightly hot.

Great hotel, comfy bed, clean room and very good size. Check in was fast.

Only downside is they don’t seem to be very well organised. They claim to have 24/7 room service but when we called at 10pm they didn’t offer that service and made us wait 20min before answering.
