The lake is adjacent to the hotel, and we really enjoyed kayaking. Our balcony had an amazing view of the lake. The staff was very friendly. Checkin/checkout were very efficient. The hotel has a nice games room. We didn't try the restaurant. There's a nice and secure place for parking your bicycles.

Machines in the room (washing machine, ventilator) were a little obsolete and noisy, but it didn't bother us much. Kitchen equipment was relatively basic. We were doing the "Petit Train Du Nord" bike trail, and arriving at the hotel required a detour using a few busy roads. This wasn't ideal for us with kids.

The lodge was great, so cozy and was very close to the ski resort (even had a shuttle that leaves from the hotel every 30 minutes which was so convenient). We enjoyed the pool, saunas, and steam room, and we had breakfast every morning and enjoyed the buffet. When one of our ski days was cancelled because of bad weather, we were grateful to have the lodge to spend our day in instead! Such a great place for a ski vacation.

As mentioned by other reviewers, the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the halls. However, we used white noise while sleeping so it wasn't a problem for us.

Good sized room, clean and organized. It was good to have a private suite for me and my wife, while the kids stayed in a separate section of the room. Nice view to the lake. A lot of options for outdoor activities at the hotel. Convenient shuttle to Mont Tremblant Village.

My room was noisy because of people walking in the hallway wearing ski boots (which happened before 7 AM). One day there was loud music in the bar past 11 PM, which was annoying to hear from my room. Very bad experience with the restaurant.

We loved the location, the beach and the room. The beds were comfy and the size was practical for a family of three. It was nice to be able to have breakfast in the room with our kitchenette.

Service is very uneven at reception and not very forthcoming. I was also surprised that no one cleaned our room on a 3 night stay... The place is also in need of some love and care as it is a bit worned out but this probably explains the more affordable price.

The room was larger than expected equipped with everything that you could need. Amenities are nice as well. Loved how it was a proper lodge, felt very cozy. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. It really was an experience with hot coco and cookies being served right as people get off the skill, you can drive or take the hotel shuttle to the village. Bonus was the super cute skating trail. Overall very good experience. Travelled with 10 friends and everyone loved it. Would go back

Loved the lake view, the Lodge vibe. Access to the lake with kayaks, canoe, paddle boards was very nice as well as relaxing along the shore. landscaping was very tasteful and the full moon one the lake was a highlight!

The suite was in need of updating. There were no walking paths right at the hotel, reception suggested paths nearby which were very nice but had to drive to get there. The pool area could use some upgrades as well.

Everything ! The view of the lake and mountains is incredible. The water facitilites are great, the reception area is warm and inviting.

Not much. The desciption of the deluxe one bedroom suite on Booking.com could have more detailed about the number of beds in the area ( eg) the one bedroom has a king sized bed, the living room has a pull down double murphy bed and there is a double pull out sofa. Hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes

I loved all the activities available on site - skating, snowshoeing, biking, sledding, swimming. They even had colouring pages for kids in the communal spaces.

Housekeeping came at very different times each day. No ice machine I wish the pool opened earlier (opens at 9) I wish the kitchens were a bit better equipped (ie. Peeler, kettle, etc.).

It is beautiful and they have an area that the children could slide on the hill and a forest area to walk that was just so peaceful. The skating areas was set up for hockey or free skate and you could also go through the wooded area. It was beautifully lit with lights :). The shuttle was effective and took us to the hill in 10 mins.

The hotel is located in a dream landscape. Apartments with a balcony and lake view are ideal for families with children. A big advantage is the existence of the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms in the apartment.

There was nothing that bothered us. The hotel is a bit older and yes, it still has scratches on the walls or older furniture, but because everything is so quiet and beautiful, it doesn't matter.
