Cleanliness and facilities of the accommodation as well as the entire complex.

Swimming pool! I appreciate that the pool surface is new, which is great. However, the pool is small and insufficient — it is impossible to swim in it. The lifeguards do not control undisciplined children or adults who jump into the pool and splash water. For people who actually want to swim, it is completely unusable. And since the sea is also unsuitable for swimming, a new proper swimming pool is more than necessary!

Our room was OK but the big one turned off AC when the people left it and bacame very hot. Breakfast was ok for the kids but I found it a bit boring even after 2 occasions. The small bistro near the breakfast center was serving an excellent squid stick first night but gave old and chewy, reheated, smaller portion next day afternoon. the pools are ok. Receptionists were very kind

beach is a swamp, where you can stomp in mud till your knees, regardless of high tide low tide. Comparing to the clear nice water beach of Grado ( next town) it was really frustrating. green colour sausages mixed with the fresh one I had to re check in No matter that I did the web checkin do not download their apps (2025). wifi was really a nightmare I rather used mobile network.

Apartment were fine, staff is great - food is good as well. Pool is fine.

Sea. If you expect to have vacation near the sea and swim in sea (not in pool) this will be not the best choice for you. As sea is really bad near that hotel - you will not be able to swim there and it was a surprise for us as we haven't notice this in any feedback for that hotel. Staff suggested me the place if i want to swim in the sea - its 30 mins drive by car from hotel and sea is really great there crystal clear and deep. But you need to drive 30 mins by car for it.

Easy to reach quite location with good service and good swimming pool and Sandy beach

One point reconsidering is the service to park your car at all lodges. It makes the property unsafer for young kids. Small kids can not play around freely as every moment a car can pass and quit often too fast. Why not leave all cars at a parking lot close to the entrance and transport lugage with the small cars that are avalaible for free(good service!) and/or appoint one day a week for cars to enter.

Great design of cottages and everything you need to relax on your holidays. Camp is nice and spacious. Very nice atmosphere and neighborhood. You have a pool, shop, and restaurant on your disposal

For a few reasons, the restaurant did not meet our expectations. It was not the best organized place. Meals were ok, but nothing that could justify the price. The food was good, but not too many choices. If we come again, we will probably just use a great kitchen in the cottage and make our own meals. But we also like to cook😀 Beach is what it is, shallow waters and not for swimming, but no surprises there.

Very frendly staff, very clean and confy.....It is a Lagune ,so of chourse that it doesn t Look like Miamy beach,you know for what you sign up.Alot of families with small children,children disko, free bikes etc.Food always good,cheeper if you book the meal with the room.

Most of the people were very respectfull,no Musik listening loud,or at all,after 10 already inside....Of chourse that it had to be someone listening to Musik,talking loud until 11,30.....It should be written on each house that between 10 and 6 it is silent program,like in every country.....It is unpleasent to fall asleep listening to a streangers voice.

The “Club del Sole” is well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment, with a terrace on the ground floor. There were small cupboards in the bedroom, double toilettes in the apartment, as well as an illy coffee maker with capsules and many tea variations in the kitchen. Another advantage is that the dog centre is only 3-minutes walk from the apartment, which is useful if you are travelling with your dog. The sea side and the beach was 10-minutes walk from the apartement. Free parking is available next to the apartment. The staff and animators were kind and helpful.

The sea was full of algae and too shallow.

Really nice mobile homes. Big and comfertable rooms. Well equipped bathrooms. Big patio with a fence. Suitable for family with kids. The kids loved the beach, we didnt - too much grass in the water.

Close proximity of other mobile houses. But it was still very quiet and nice stay. We didnt like the grass in the water - but the beach itself is really nice and taken care of.

The whole Ressort was really nice - lots of activities to do with family and also with pets. They even have their own dog trainer that does activities several times a week. I especially liked the Yoga in the morning and the Zumba in the evening around the pool area. Great and really friendly staff. The room had a good size and it was perfect with the fence around it to have our dog walking around off leash which made the stay even more relaxed for us.

The cabin we stayed in was brand new. It was very clean and in perfect state of repair. The Despar supermarket located on site was very convenient as the camp is well away from shopping areas and so was the laundromat. The pool is a great asset too.

The area is vast, so we found it a bit hard to locate our cabin, but It wasn't much of a deal.
