We got a one-bedroom apartment with two expansive balconies facing north and west. The apartment was really spacious and clean, had absolutely everything one might need and, most importantly, stayed cool throughout the day even with the air conditioning off. The location was perfect as well, with free parking in the neighbourhood, the nearest grocery store at the next intersection and within a 5-minute walk from the beach. Special thanks to the staff who were extremely friendly and cheerful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend the place to anyone travelling to Grado.

I was absolutely delighted by the exceptional customer service provided by Manuela and Tiziana. Their warm and welcoming attitude made our stay truly memorable. Both of them went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect, always with a genuine smile. Fabulous dog friendly ground floor 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious and really well designed with 2 showers, which was great when getting back from the beach and everyone needing to have a shower and get changed. Comfy bed, excellent air conditioning, blackout curtains. Really quiet at night but short walk to bars, restaurants, beach, shops. Staff super friendly and helpful and allowed us to check in early as room was ready.

Could have been some cooked items at breakfast

The receptionist/owner lady was super kind and helpful. She spoke perfect English and German. She was always at hand for useful tips and recommendations. The whole appartment was neat and clean. The room satisfied all the needs and it was also marvellously clean. I would go back any time! Thank you!❤️🇮🇹

I liked everything. Tiziana is the best host I have ever met. She was very nice, made us good breakfast, the whole hotel is perfectly cean. The old town can be reached on foot, the beach is on a 10-minutes walking distance. A Spar is in two minutes.

Room was nice and big enough for our family of four. Staff was really friendly. We booked off-season and didn't realize there was not breakfast included. The manager was nice and still gave us coffee and a croissant for the kids.

A bit confusing that no breakfast was included when the main picture on Booking included a buffet.

Spacious, clean rooms, pleasurable furnishing, big terrace. Host lady was very kind and inform us about every important thing about the accomodation even we stay only 2 days. Beach is very close to Hotel.

Wifi password was wrong

Nice apartment, friendly staff. Close to pedestrian zone, perfect for a nice stroll at the seaside to the centre of Grado. Parking is available, also the shop and the restaurants are near. We were staying in February so there was not a lot going on in this part of the town.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good location, close to beach, free bike hire, excellent breakfast buffet, free parking.

Kitchen okay for simple meals, ground floor apartment was a little dark and we had to keep the curtains closed because of the people walking by.

The receptionist was very friendly, warm hearted, really kind and helpful. Giving us a lot of information about Grado. She made very nice breakfast and very delicious coffee with all kinds of tasty cakes! We could park by the hotel.
