Breakfast was not included in the price but available upon payment, and very tasty with lots of choice. Located in the heart of Middelkerke and the hotel has a beautiful and unique design. People outside look at the hotel because it is so remarkable. The view on the beach from my room was amazing, especially to watch the sunset. The comfort of the bed and bathroom is great. Everything is still new, clean and beautiful.

The wellness facility is expensive and exclusive. I didn’t understand from the booking website that there was only a private wellness. I also missed the presence of the bath, especially since the wellness is private.

Beautiful hotel located next ot the beach, in the center of Middelkerke. The hotel is brand new, made in a very modern style. The windows are from floor to ceiling, giving a lot of light and if you have a room with a sea view, a spectacular view. Excellent breakfast. When checking out we got a lovely gift from the hotel.

The bathroom was small. I don't have a lot of make up, yet I couldn't put up everything on the counter top. In the night, there were some people screaming outside, but the hotel cannot really do anything about it. The breakfast was excellent, but very expensive, 30 euro per person per day.

Location is right by the beach and the city centre. The views on either side were beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful. It was also perfect the restaurant and casino were both in the same building as the hotel. This made it easy to have a very nice weekend with dinner and show without having to go far. They made the effort to make my birthday special with a welcome birthday card and chocolate (that was nice 👍🏾).

Breakfast area is too small and layout not convenient. The bread station is too far from the rest of the food. Coffee machine overcrowded Tables are too small for breakfast Not easy to accomodate a group of 6. Not enough lifts.

Very nice architecture and design and comfortable furniture. Parking just below the hotel very handy. Good restaurant within the building and very nice bar with sea views. Room with a smashing view on the sea and beach.

Rooms could be a bit bigger. Breakfast area is a bit small particularly the paths for the buffet can be a cumbersome trail at peak hours… narrow and long distances depending where you’re sitting

The rooms are pleasant and cool. The staff helped us wonderfully and did an amazing job. The airconditioning in the room was a life saver . Staff kept our stuff when we had to check out so we could enjoy our day without luggage.

The tv had a bit of a malfunction. The electricity went off once, which made showering or getting ready difficult. (This was fixed before we got back so that's good)

The view! Amazing to have the entire beach right at your bed. Stylish room design.

The rope to separate my balcony with those of my neighbours is too minimalist. I had another guest walk onto my balcony, which was akward. I understand it's more stylish to use a rope separator but it feels like it's a shared balcony this way. For this price range, I expect more privacy.

Almost on the beach with great views from the north facing rooms. My fourth stay there in 2024 and enjoyed it every time.

Parking costs €32 a day if you use the underground car park, but can be waived if you use the casino, apparently.

A great sea view - you can open the door to the balcony and the sea breeze floods the room. Very clean, very modern.

Still some work going on as the hotel has only been open a few weeks - but no noise impact and the kids did love watching the workers going up and down in the JLG boom lifts!

Super location. Good beds and good room service.

The wellness (sauna) priced at 95€ for 2 hours per person, is rediculous. Too expensive to even try.
