Stunning hotel, what can I say, really easy to find, easy to park, have underground car parking for a reasonable cost. Reception was always polite, no matter what the question, they answered it, their English was good too, pretty useful when us English can’t speak French. Lounge was comfortable and like a huge living room, warm (that’s nice) bar was open all the time and staff were always helpful and asked us to sit and they would bring drinks over. Breakfast, where do I start, everything you could think of, all fresh, and even had a Chef (in uniform) and was stood waiting to make anything we wanted. I asked for fresh omelettes and they were made in front of me. Coffee was plentiful and it was as much as you could drink and eat. Stunning choice, with friendly service. Can’t fault it. The room, had a stunning view of mountains and was warm again (this is important as I’m finding certain premises are not turning their heating up) Toilet and Shower facilities are absolutely stunning, fresh towels when you want them, 3 bathrobes (there was 3 of us) and all different sizes that fitted us all, someone even thought of that. Housing cleaning were on the ball, and I even came back to find clothing folded. Can’t be faulted. Used the restaurant a few times and had a varied menu, again, they were quick, left you alone, the food was stunning and again, I can’t fault it. The sauna was €15.00 to use, and that was only if there was not a group booked. I didn’t think they should charge for a sauna, but then I used the swimming pool and was expecting a Luke warm dip. I was wrong, the pool was hot, and I mean hot, it was lovely, you don’t need a sauna when the pool is that hot. Nice to laze around in a hot pool whilst looking out at the snow. Used it every day after skiing. They also had a ski room in the basement, that you could hire and buy anything.

What was wrong? I’ll be damned if I can fault it. I might say the stairs to the ski room were hard to walk in equipment, but there is a lift if you are hard of walking (through the hotel) But if that is the worst I can find ….. well

Lovely hotel. Comfortable, clean room with an amazing mountain view. Lovely lounge and bar area and great outdoor terrace/garden. Excellent breakfast. Reception staff were fantastic - very helpful and kind.

Dinner in the restaurant is really not good - surprising for such a nice hotel. The restaurant service was truly terrible and the food is low quality and expensive. Don’t book half board - there are far better options to eat elsewhere.

In general, we really liked the staff of your hotel (with the exception of the woman at the reception at the spa), very friendly and kind staff. Special thanks to the welcoming staff, when we arrived they immediately brought the cart and helped unload luggage from the car straight to the room, it was very convenient. Also perfect cleanliness of the rooms and a good view both - the restaurant and from the rooms!

The only thing we as a family want to say is that you should probably chose a better employee in the SPA. When we came to relax in SPA there was a woman in glasses I think she didn’t know what she was doing and talking about (she was asking us information about our room 10 times, but we were already cold to stay there and listen to her because we just came out of the swimming pool (also she was doing not the most pleasant massage). Also I wish there was more options in your SPA (at least sauna aromas or body scarab and of course disposable sauna caps), it coasts 20€ only for hour but it's not worth sitting in a dry sauna without aromas and also I think the jacuzzi is too small for public use.

Good choice at breakfast, staff friendly, room good size. Very close to the slopes - 200m Main town is 10 minutes walk. There are a few restaurants at the bottom of the slope along with a supermarket.

If you have a room at the front of the hotel you do hear the noise from the car park and people coming back after a night out. I recommend booking restaurants in town as they do get busy especially at the weekends

The room was very nice and comfortable, the view fantastic. I liked the powerful fan for drying my hair. The furnishing felt new or very well taken care off.

I do not appreciate it when hotels serve scrambled egg made from powder, certainly not in this price class. The TV didn't work properly at the arrival of rain. And unfortunately we lost a birthday card that was accidentally blown on the balcony below, but when we wrote to the front-desk after departure as the receptionist had asked us, we didn't get a response.

Good standard, comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff, particularly on reception, nicely laid out hotel.

Little bit of a walk to the lift station, no ski-in, ski out; breakfast up until 9.30am, but after 9am it was a very meagre choice. 9.30am should mean the whole selection is available until that time, like bacon and fruit. Very difficult and long wait to get a drink in the bar. Not clear whether there was table service or you needed to queue at the bar and bar staff on occasion were rude, unhelpful and unclear themselves.

The views from the Mountain View rooms are absolutely wonderful with no vis a vis. The rooms are larger than average for French Alp hotels and are comfortable and well organised. The bar lounge area is cosy, the breakfast great value. Above all, the staff are superb; friendly, helpful, happy - especially Oksana!! Highly recommend

Nothing to dislike except maybe the noise of the mountain stream!!

The hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and cosy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was perfect for skiing. The spa and wellness facilities were also excellent, providing a relaxing end to a day on the slopes.

There was nothing to dislike; everything was perfect!
