Location was great, very centrally located and 3 different drive-ways in, so if you miss the first turn, there's two more. Room was clean in all the right places, property overall appeared to be well taken care of and recently updated. Loved that coffee was available in the lobby almost constantly. Had some trouble checking in, but everyone Hadley called for help, save for one, was very nice and patient with her and I really appreciate that the people she called were very clear in not wanting my card double charged (though it was a 3rd party card, so it wouldn't have gone through). Becca, Hadley, Linda, and Angie were all great. Linda was quick to recommend the rewards program for better deals than 3rd party sites, which although I rarely travel was nice, she clearly cares about and is loyal to Wyndham. Appreciated the strange curtains in the room, the wind and cold were so brutal regular curtains would have let the drafts freeze the room.

Bathroom was very dark and didn't have a fan, hot water took 9 minutes (after the first cold shower, we timed it) to get to the room. Probably just very far away from the hot water heater, but still felt bad wasting so much water waiting for it to get luke warm.

The location was perfect for us. The room was very comfortable and clean.

The receptionist did not tell us anything about the times for the breakfast, she handed me the sheet highlighted with spots for my initials and name, but did not explain why I was putting my initials or signing my name. She had little to no eye contact with me. The bathroom had no functioning fan and there was only one speed on the blow dryer. Although there was a note stating the tub is slippery, there should automatically be a mat in the bathroom, not having the customer go to the desk to get one.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. I asked for a second floor, somewhere quiet and they provided me with that. Beds were comfortable. Very quiet. Very nice. Great pool and adult spa. Breakfast was great. Perhaps offer ice water. But overall it was WONDERFUL. Close to all the places that I needed to get to as well as the shopping and restaurants.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a spa tub and a walk-in shower. I was amazed that this hotel had windows that opened, so we had them open all night. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. It had hot and cold options.

Was a bit noisy, but that is to be expected during the summer months with families traveling for vacation or sports.

The friendliness of the gal at the desk, she told us where was a good place to eat, she was very polite and helpful.

Serve a more homecooked breakfast, those round eggs that were served I wouldn't feed to our dog. Have more variety, we ate there two days and some of it was the same things we had the day before. The hot tub was extremely hot, almost too hot to get into.

The staff were all very friendly & helpful! 17 inches of snow arrived overnight & some of the staff stayed overnight to make sure all the guests needs were met. One was shoveling out cars parked in the handicapped spots. We forgot to pick up dish soap for my grand daughter's bottles. The front desk clerk got us a cup with dish soap so we could wash her bottles. I feel the staff go above & beyond for their guests!

Our only issue was the ventilation in our room. We had a suite & with the door closed to the bedroom the entertainment are became very warm. They are however in the process of refurbishing rooms. Hopefully that is on their list. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The receptionist accommodated us and was very polite.

The toilet in our King Suite did not stop running and it was like that when we arrived. They offered to bring in a maintenance man the next morning but he never showed up. We had to remove the toilet top and lift the ball everytime we flushed the toilet to get it to stop running. We wish they had another room for us without issues, but we would have had to give up the suite and we didn't do that.

Everyone was very cheerful and polite and very helpful. Also it was really nice to have a nice hot breakfast every morning.

The coffee maker in our room was terrible. No way to pour a cup without it leaking terribly.

Everything was pretty great. A couple things need an update like the carpeting and the water pipes. The toilet didn’t flush well and the tub took a literal hour to drain after a shower, but there is construction right now(which didn’t bother us at all) and I assume these things will be updated.

The AmericInn was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly. I loved the decor, which was both patriotic and homey. Breakfast was very good, as well.

I can't think of anything I disliked. I would definitely stay again.
