Right away you are greeted and given a very warm welcome by the staff. They are very accommodating and are extremely personable. I stayed in a king room on a Thursday and Friday and came up for cross country skiing. The room was nice, bed comfortable and it was very quiet. I like that they have baseboard heaters versus the loud AC Heat combo units that fluctuate heat poorly. The room stayed nice warm and was a peaceful stay. It's located right next to Pine Mountain and next to multiple XC ski areas..Snowshoeing everywhere.. For the price I loved it! Very clean, everything worked and just a cozy stay. I will come again this summer! And thanks for the warm welcome and quick prayer for my safety and wellbeing during my time there and travels!

Bummer the pool was closed due to covid but undertandable...I'm not a huge pool guy either so it's all good!

When I visited the breakfast room, it was always crowded with limited places to sit down. This will take more than a sentence to tell. I made my reservations with your hotel about four months before the dates I was coming. When I got to check in there was no record of my reservations. The clerk on duty found me a room and I got to stay for the two nights I wanted. She made a comment about dealing with intermediary agents. She took care of my problem and I had a good stay.

The owners are very nice and helpful. Good Christian people. I was alone with my dog and they made sure I was comfortable and safe. Room was very clean and decorated nice. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. They are pet friendly. They are also very priced affordable.

The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Was a real pleasure talking with him and when we checked out he sent us on our way with a prayer.

There was really nothing that I disliked. If you want kind friendly service for a hotel that actually cares about your comfort then this is the place to stay.

The staff never smiled and they were very very hard to understand with their extremely broken English and heavy accents! Side entrances were not salted or sanded there was two to three inches of glare ice in the parking lot all the way up to the doors. They advertise their pool being open but it's not!
