I loved that it was small, quaint, and so so quiet. It is walking distance to town, and a very short drive over to Windmark Beach- which was also very quiet and personal. The breakfast was good- muffins, biscuits, bagels, and yogurt. I really loved the coffee, and drank it on/off all day- it is from a local company & it is so good. They upgraded our room when we checked in, complimentary, so that was a nice little surprise. They have cocktails when you check in and freshly made cookies. Jasmine, the receptionist, was a peach and I enjoyed her company when we would chat!

Everything was good, I had no dislikes.

I absolutely loved staying here! We came down for a wedding, and this location was unbeatable. Right next to shopping, restaurants, and fast food. The cottages are like mini apartments! Extremely clean, full kitchen, living room, large bathroom, an extra half bathroom, and 2 separate bedrooms! The hotel also offers breakfast, coffee, alcoholic beverage at check in, and tons of local business products to choose from right in the lobby! The walk from the cottages to the hotel was only 1-2 mins. We also walked and adventured around the town square, only about 5 minute walk to the square center! Loved staying here, and for a very reasonable price!

Our room was OK with a very comfortable bed. The air con was set very low when we arrived but we were able to alter the air conditioning temperature to suit us. We turned it off overnight because it was loud. The cocktail on arrival was very welcome. There were plentiful towels.

Advertising breakfast included in the price was somewhat of an exaggeration. The breakfast area was tiny and the offerings were minimal. Breakfast was finished by 9.00 which we think is too early for a tourist center hotel and we missed it. The plug ins were overpowering in their smell.

Excellent service for your customers! I love the Honey Soap that was made locally. It definitely adds a very special touch. The organic shampoo, conditioner, and lotion was just a bonus!! So, when I checked in, I just had a simple room...perfect since it was just me, but the AC started leaking pretty bad. I let them know, and they actually moved me into a suite! It was so much appreciated since I ALWAYS pack too much!! The Inn is also in the best location, so close to everything. My entire time there was great.....UNTIL I HAD TO GO HOME!!! LOL

My only wish was an elevator or a rope! Lol

This hotel was adorable and met & exceeded all our expectations! I was so pleased with the beautiful room, and the bed was massive and comfy! The robes in the room were a welcome surprise too! They had premium coffee (Lucky Goat) all day as well as a great hot tea collection. The staff were so friendly and fun. I would strongly recommend the King downstairs room with the patio. Very much worth the upcharge. We will be staying in a cottage next time and heard those are wonderful too. We are locals to Panama City area and will be back!! Many times!

There were some noisy guests in the hallway around 1-2am that woke me up. They did not quiet down for over 30 minutes. That was the only negative thing and not a hotel issue.

The breakfast was very nice. The egg and cheese omelettes were the best! The staff was so helpful friendly and knowledgeable. We felt very comfortable and safe and the location I don’t think you could get any better it was a short distance to anything we needed.

Location to waterfront, shops and restaurants is ideal. Park your car and enjoy being in a charming village. Breakfast was nice. Personnel very pleasant. Welcoming atmosphere and rockers on the front porch a lovely touch.

Had to dig deep here to provide an answer... the carpet pattern was a bit much and the breakfast area felt small.

The proximity to the lobby & breakfast area made it noisy when in the room. Guests would come in late night and have loud chats and loud (or echoing?) laughter that you’d hear clearly from your bed as you try to fall asleep. Perhaps a sign asking guests to be more reasonable in the common areas after 10 is necessary, or doors that isolate the noise a little more

Always have loved the central location. You literally walk across the street to Reid where all the shops and restaurants are located.Grocery store (Piggly Wiggly & McDonalds are also in walking distance. As soon as you walk in The Port Inn you are pleasantly greeted by a staff member. Will always return again.

The free breakfast really didn't appeal to me because, except for the individual cereal boxes & packets of oatmeal, the muffins was processed along with the donuts. There is a fantastic bakery on Reid Street where everything is made from scratch. They have muffins, scones and slices of quiche. Course, there are many other items. This would be a great plus to serve the guests staying at The Port Inn.

We enjoyed the location which was a short walking distance to the main shopping area. We were in a ground floor unit with a large porch with two comfortable chaise lounges and a small table and two chairs. Pickleball courts were across the street.

We have no "cons".
