This property is so nice! From the lobby to the rooms! Very clean, very updated. Continental breakfast. Upon checking out, we were checking out before breakfast time, but they told us we could go “grab some fruit or yogurt” if we wanted, which we thought was kind.

I’m conflicted because this area is pricey in general. So this hotel’s price is just keeping up with the rest. But we were in FL visiting several cities with our son who was planning to move there. This hotel was double the price of another hotel (with exact amenities and room) that we had stayed at during our visit for the same number of nights. Because we were there looking at properties, we picked the cheapest option, which this was. But honestly, if I were vacationing there, I would just pay a bit more for a hotel along Panama City Beach, as this was over by the military base and not near the beach. So something to consider if your trip is a vacation. If you’re here because of the military, this is the most cost effective option.

For the most part, it was very good. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was able to help with a few accommodations that were needed.

There were 2 things that disappointed me with the hotel. Firstly, it was stated that the facility had a hot tub. With my son playing in a sports tournament, we were looking forward to him being able to soak in the hot tub to help his muscles. Secondly, the website clearly stated, "Pay at property." The morning of our arrival, we received a phone call from the property threatening, if we didn't pay at that time, our reservation would be canceled.

Very close to a lot of stuff we was down here visiting, grandkids loved the indoor pool, the breakfast was real good, and close to the ocean 😁they was 7 of us in one room and the room was big enough that we had room to move and not step on each other.

They didn't have an outdoor pool but they was a indoor pool and we only got to stay 2 nights here.

The breakfast and the location the comfort of the rooms the friendly staff. Bob the night auditor provided excellent customer service. The housekeepers were always cleaning, kept rooms nice and clean.

Guests making loud noise, keeping tv on very loud. Talking loud in hallway, the swimming pool smelling like strong odor of bleach

I liked that fact that were only 45 minutes or less from attractions. Also, given the fact that it was just 2 nights, it was good. The room was bigger than I thought it would be for 5.

There needs to be an upgrade and better washing of the covers.

Breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. It is a continental breakfast and it was plenty fine. Coffee was great, you can make your own waffles, juices, fruits, yogurts, cereals, eggs, bacon, toast etc. We were traveling through from Destin to Dog Island, Florida and this was our halfway point. We stayed here because it was close to groceries that we could get first thing in the morning and any additional supplies before we needed to catch our ferry. Would stay here again as it was clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could use some updating, but I think EVERY place could use updating.

No complaints.

This correct hotel is located far from the city center. we booked a large double queen bedroom with Sofa and it was comfy enough to accommodate our family of 4. the room came with a fridge, a microwave, and a coffee machine. the cleanliness was correct despite the hotel is becoming a bit faded. We highly appreciated the swimming pool that was really well heated (probably around 28 degrees Celsius). the breakfast was good with warm waffles and good eggs. you can buy few food items at the counter (pasta meal...)

be aware that the Jacuzzi on the pictures does not exist anymore. this Hotel is fading and would need to be revamped soon. the beds are not at the comfort level they should be. the pillows were far too small. the Sofa Bed is not usable without additional bed pad.

Quiet and friendly staff. The Lady cleaning rooms on the 3rd floor was very nice always asking if we needed anything and would go out of her way to make sure we were take. Care of.

The ac in the room was extremely loud.

Price Beds were too high. My sister could not get in the bed and ended up sleeping on the sofa.

Property was very clean. You could smell the cleanliness when walking in the door
