The hotel looked just like the pictures but better. It was well kept and not run down. This is an exemplary hotel.

The property was clean and well manicure. Rooms or remodeled. The staff was excellent. They were happy to help with whatever I needed. I was sick with Covid when I was there and they were absolutely wonderful. The breakfast was excellent and nice spread lots of variety and the gal that took care of the breakfast was so sweet and kind just like all the other employees at this hotel. I can’t say enough about them. This was a better stay than Hilton Hyatt Marriott or Waldorf Astoria. Thanks again everyone

The check-in and check-out process was straightforward and fast. My wife loved the free unlimited coffee machine in the lobby, and it tasted good, too. My son enjoyed the pool. There were extra towels in the pool area, but we didn't use them because we enjoyed lying down on the pool chairs and drying ourselves with the air.

The elevator is a bit old and making noises. I would appreciate a bigger container for waste disposal in the rooms. We fill ours with a few water and soft drink bottles.

Beds were very comfortable. The pool was very nice and patio area was very clean. Nice seating area poolside. Breakfast was much more than expected Decent food choices for a continental breakfast. Our 2nd time staying at this property.. Plenty of food choices along 23rd St. which makes a great location for us.for dinner options

Can hear traffic while outside at the pool, but the room was quiet. Perhaps having a sign at the end of the street would be helpful. GPS got us there, but I missed it at first.

Was just expecting the swimming pool being bigger, as it fits hardly more than 3-4 persons at a time. With a bigger pool you would certainly have a better review.

Staff was friendly..first day we went to the bay which was only about 15mins away..went to panama beach the second day which was 25 mins away. Breakfast was great!! Overall great stay!

The location was central to where i has to go, the rooms were very nice, and breakfast was yummy! The staff was super friendly the entire stay.

There were a few water bugs that were seen, but it wasn’t to the point where it was too much

There’s nothing I didn’t like about the property and the employees. Everyone was great.

Breakfast was hot, fresh and good every day. Room was clean and comfortable.

Third day we needed clean towels, bathroom tissue and I stop the housekeeping lady in hallway. She said she will be right back with the items we needed. Two hours later still no show. We were late leaving for Pier Park adventure with our group. Eventually I stop man with housekeeping and he got us some assistant.

Everything.

I wasn't able to check in at the check in time, I had to wait 40 minutes for a room to be available. The carpet can use a deep cleaning. The televisions can be updated to smart TVs.
