Close to a lot of restaurants and stores

Check-in took a long time. Front desk worker had to enter every thing manually (i.e. Address, card no., phone #). Beds were pretty firm.

We absolutely loved the breakfast selection! There were fresh fixings for smoothies, toppings for oatmeal, a rotation of hot foods including eggs, sausage links, biscuits and sausage gravy. They have a waffle making station, packaged danish, bread and bagel along with coffee and tea. The pool area was neat and kept clean. There were towels and separate bathrooms available, too. The hotel itself is away from the cluster of other hotels~which I liked~but close to many restaurants. Go eat at Chows buffet you won’t regret it

Some areas were in need of repair but not a lot

I loved everything about this hotel, from the Roku TVs to the excellent staff :) It may take you a few minutes to get the connection going but after that you are set! I highly recommend the king suite! I loved how hot the water can get. I didn’t grab breakfast because I’m not an early bird but it smelled so delicious and the breakfast area was full of happy families eating :) I was also just evacuating hurricane helene so I wasn’t looking for much but, I got more than I asked for here!

The only thing I didn’t like was I stayed 2 nights instead of more :)

It was a really fast trip and only stayed for one night but it was easy and clean. It was on the city side of Panama City so if you were planning on a beach trip you would have to drive.

On the city side so far from the touristy parts of Panama City. I also left items in my room by accident (shirt and sweatshirt) and called the property to see if they could send to me (I would pay) and they could not find them which was disappointing.

Staff was very friendly.

Had a plumbing issue the first night. They offered me another room, I declined because they said it would be working correctly soon. The pipes were loud the next morning for while. After that, everything was fine. The staff was very helpful especially April

EVEYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL FOR THE ENTIRE STAY. I REALLY APPRECIATE MS ALICE FOR COMPROMISING WITH MY HEALTH ISSUES FOR BREAKFAST TIME. SHE WAS VERY POLITE AND GENEROUS. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL TO MY NEEDS.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING. EVERYTHING WAS VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER FOR THE GUESTS. AND ANY ISSUE WAS IMMEDIATELY MET BY MAINTENANCE.

Our 2nd room (205) was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had to leave before breakfast started, however, the staff allowed us access. The staff were professional, responsive, and accommodating. We will definitely stay again when we come back to this area.

Our first room (123) was a handicap accessible room. It had fleas. Once this was brought to the staff's attention, we were moved and compensated for the inconvenience. The only other thing is the window treatments, roman shade type. I liked getting light with privacy, but when it's time for bed, there was too light coming in around the shade for me.

Mr Jones was wonderful at checkin he was very professional , friendly very helpful the rooms were comfortable and clean very safe and quite hotel plenty of resturants and shopping right around the corner there is also a nice hospital and children's hospital very close by Will definitely stay here again
