The hotel was clean. It was near a lot of eating places. I didn't see any tourist attractions nearby. The staff was very nice. Our room smelled like the rug was damp however it wasn't too overwhelming. The breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Check-in took a long time. Front desk worker had to enter every thing manually (i.e. Address, card no., phone #). Beds were pretty firm.

The friendliness of the staff, and their willingness to make sure you have a good stay. We have been staying on and off at the country inn for the past several weeks while working in Panama City,and each time, we are very happy with the stay. In our most recent few day stay, when we checked in we had an issue in our room, went back up front and the manager, Jerry, was quick to solve the issue by giving us a different room. He even upgraded the room for our troubles! We are starting to learn the staff by name, and love seeing their smiling faces each morning... even when we are going to work in the heat! 🥵 🙂 Keep up the great work, and we will be seeing you again soon!

People very friendly and location perfect. Cleaning people very attentive they work hard Personnel very good .

As I mentioned before I liker the are and for a place that is in a good area they need to improve alot especially on mattresses quality and cleaning I believe they need a reno on hallways carpet .and inside And inside smell feel like the shampoo was cheap And also the soap they use for wash the linen. Breakfast I didn't like at all Actually I just stay two nights. A lot to improve.

We absolutely loved the breakfast selection! There were fresh fixings for smoothies, toppings for oatmeal, a rotation of hot foods including eggs, sausage links, biscuits and sausage gravy. They have a waffle making station, packaged danish, bread and bagel along with coffee and tea. The pool area was neat and kept clean. There were towels and separate bathrooms available, too. The hotel itself is away from the cluster of other hotels~which I liked~but close to many restaurants. Go eat at Chows buffet you won’t regret it

Some areas were in need of repair but not a lot

I loved everything about this hotel, from the Roku TVs to the excellent staff :) It may take you a few minutes to get the connection going but after that you are set! I highly recommend the king suite! I loved how hot the water can get. I didn’t grab breakfast because I’m not an early bird but it smelled so delicious and the breakfast area was full of happy families eating :) I was also just evacuating hurricane helene so I wasn’t looking for much but, I got more than I asked for here!

It was a really fast trip and only stayed for one night but it was easy and clean. It was on the city side of Panama City so if you were planning on a beach trip you would have to drive.

On the city side so far from the touristy parts of Panama City. I also left items in my room by accident (shirt and sweatshirt) and called the property to see if they could send to me (I would pay) and they could not find them which was disappointing.

Had a plumbing issue the first night. They offered me another room, I declined because they said it would be working correctly soon. The pipes were loud the next morning for while. After that, everything was fine. The staff was very helpful especially April
