Absolutely loved the location— very close to restaurants. Only a 20-30 minute drive to the beach. Very convenient for anything that you may need and close to everything! Very clean, excellent room service & overall very comfortable stay with convenient location. Would recommend to anyone that doesn’t want to be on the beach around the crowd, but wants to be in Panama for vacation and visit when you want to the beach.

The gentleman that over saw breakfast was cordial, polite, and concerned about your needs to start your day properly. To my wife and I, he was the face of the hotel staff!!
Please don't lock the doors to the parking lot, such that when we park at 9pm, we aren't required to walk around the hotel in order to get in.

My daughter, her friend and myself loved pretty much everything about our trip! The girls had the swimming pool to themselves most of the time we were there. The staff was very friendly. The rooms and breakfast was great!
It wasn’t as close to a lot of things like I thought it would be.

I love how easy it was to check in. Employees was very nice.
The reason why we wanted to stay here was for the indoor heated pool and hot tub. But the hot tub wasn't working and the pool was closed letting no one swim due to them fixing it . And 1 of the 2 dryer wasn't working right.

It’s very clean, lobby , rooms and hallways.
We thought breakfast was free but when we came down to eat the waiter handed you a bill. We thought breakfast was included. $15per person. There is also not enough trollies we had to wait 35min to get one.

Staff was friendly, very clean, and inviting.
Although I like an indoor pool, it was very loud in the area, and the pool was very cloudy. Breakfast was not worth the price.

Clean and amazing staff
The road leading to the property was absolutely horrendous with pot holes and the elevator was extremely slow stairs were 3x faster
