The staff was extremely friendly and were even able to accommodate us when we wanted to extend our stay to an extra night. We were able to get a handicap bathroom for our room, and rather than make us switch rooms, they were able to accommodate us so that we could keep our room and not have to move all of our things. It was not right in the heart of the beach scene and was only 20 minute drive or so to all the action. This made it nice and quiet and we felt much safer being on the outskirts of the city. Everything was clean and comfortable!

We spent one night here bc we came down a day earlier than planned for our beach trip and needed somewhere nice to stay for a cheap price and this did the trick. The hotel was clean, everyone was nice and the bed had me sleeping like a baby! I would stay again!

The only complaint I could make is that the bathroom sink drained slow but things like that don’t really bother me. The breakfast is a basic continental but the coffee was good and that’s all that mattered to me!

My son, who is a toddler, and I arrived later in the night. I cannot remember the guys name when we arrived.. but he was extremely welcoming and friendly. He talked to my son, who was so tired. And made him feel comfortable. Super nice. Also, cleanliness was awesome. We slept great. No noises. And when we left, the lady cleaning up breakfast was also super friendly.

Nice big room and clean. The shower and bathroom were nice. The kitchenette was good but had no utensils at all thought that was odd. Our stay was really good and the pool was awesome and very clean. All the staff was very friendly and nice. Would stay here again.

everything was wonderful. all staff was friendly and accomadating to our needs. room was larger than expected and very will maintained. front desk staff was very welcoming. especially ms marcelia (name may be spelled wrong).

The associate that checked me in was very professional. Whenever I would ask a question her answer was very positive. Very knowledgeable. Having just retired from a hotel in Naples, Florida as a GM and front desk manager, I was overly impressed with housekeeping. Housekeepers are the heart of any hotel. This hotel was no exception. They were always very helpful. The gentleman working the breakfast was sensational. Very friendly and kept the breakfast bar full. The older lady that was consistently cleaning the area with mopping, etc. was also very friendly. Finally, the Front Office Manager, David Gomez, is an asset to your hotel. Very friendly and always helpful. He, and a member of his staff were always at the front desk. That is very important, as many hotels have members of their staff in the back office waiting for someone to enter the lobby area. This is the result of a very good General Manager. Everything reflects upon Peter Smith. Thank you Mr. Smith for making my wife and I having a great stay and also to your entire associate team. A FIVE STAR staff. See everybody again in a month. Not a single thing. Everything was perfect.

Everything was super clean and organized. All the staff were super friendly, and Jessica especially. She was knowledgeable and knew what I had asked. This was my 2nd time staying here, and I plan on returning because it's in a great location and close to my family. And this place made me feel like home.! Our breakfast was amazing. I will be back, yet again. !!!

There's nothing I didn't like.

As soon as I walk in, the lobby was very inviting, nice deco. Front desk clerk, "j" was friendly & extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. The breakfast bar had plenty of options, didn't leave hungry. The GM, Maricel made our check out easy. Thanks to everyone.

No complaints

I love the place and the room. It is clean. I have two concerns 1.) The entrance and the exit location, 2.) people are arguing in the hallway. My night was not the best because of them shouting and arguing. I hope the management will take care of the noise in the hallway from other guests.
