I booked reservations for this room through Booking.com after getting a refund from another hotel which was absolutely terrible. I had paid for a room at Beachcomer resorts and could not stay there because it was so filthy. I was really grateful to get this room on such short notice. The manager who checked me in was absolutely fantastic! She was very professional and just a true delight during our encounter. She thanked me for my patience because she was attending to things concerning the rooms. I was just so happy to have found a nice clean hotel room that everything worked. Room was clean, accommodating. The only thing I would say that would make this hotel great is the room carpet needs to be cleaned. I really have no other suggestions as this is or was not a complaint.

We held our wedding at the hotel and they did an AMAZING job!!! The view from the lobby is stunning and it was the same for our reception. The staff was excellent the food for our wedding was EXCELLENT as well. Kudos to the chef. The pool is a great spot and the lazy river is so relaxing. The bar by the pool was great as was the bartenders manning it. The pizzas from the cafe were delicious (we ordered 20 of them and they were all done and hot at the same time!!). All of our wedding guests had an amazing time, and some had and amazing+++ time that they might not remember fully.

Not too much. I don't like when hotels charge for parking in their own garage. Because we were throwing a wedding they did our parking and our guests parking for free, but be aware that they normally charge for parking. The breakfast in the mornings was good but not great. The elevators are also fussy, sometimes not going all of the way to the top (we were on floor 13, and multiple times the elevator would be headed up, stop on 13, and then start going back down?).

I myself enjoyed the bfast somewhat. I eat turkey sausage n turkey bacon. However my husband doesn't care for it. The guy Tyler (went way beyond as helpful to me.) and the other guy from Jersey, they were super nice.

I think there should of been more fruit to select from, only a green apple was available. Ex. Banana, oranges, grapes, strawberries, blueberries.

Breakfast was so good. We had southwestern omelets with Canadian bacon the first morning. The lady who prepared the food each day was so kind and always checking on the guests. I loved the beds at Fairfield Inn. They are so comfortable and relaxing.

I wished we had been closer to the beach scene. I thought from the map that we were across the road from the beach. We were not even able to see the beach.

The night staff was a life saver. We evacuated from Tampa and had a hotel mix up and the night staff were so helpful in helping us get a room for a couple of nights and even went to the point to try and find availability to extend our stay because she knew we were struggling to find other accommodations.

Everything was what we hoped it would be! Breakfasts were really good! The lady who was working the breakfast area was very pleasant and accommodating! We were two senior citizen women traveling alone and felt very safe and comfortable the entire time we were there. Every area was clean.

Nothing at all to say here! We had no problems at all!

We like the way the receptionist greeted us upon arrival, the comfort of the bed, the large spacious walk in shower, the location of the facility, and last but certainly not least, we love the breakfast layout on a Sunday morning. It was a variety of things. The food was fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly and very, very helpful with the waffle maker machines. 😀

Great breakfast. Nice facility and good location, but not near a beach.

Did not expect to have to pay an extra $10 as a guest to park our car. That was a surprise and not realistic due to location. May stop me booking there again.

We were just minutes from the beach and so much to do there. Breakfast was good as the hot food was hot. And they changed up the options daily.

We were not told that the linens would not be changed out so after a day out came back to wet towels. No biggie...just hung them up to dry.

The breakfast was Okay could have been better the last i was there breakfast was great thats why i came back there.

I could here every car and truck or motorcycle that passed by
