Great property and space, however the female working the front desk during the day was quite rude. When I was trying to check in on Friday she just kept harping on an issue with a previous guest and saying how rude they were, yet she was being rude to everyone in the lobby and on the phone.

Only complaints, female working front desk and the musty smell in the hallways.

The staff was so accommodating and made our stay worth every penny. The pricing for the room was good. We received a cheese tray upon arrival from the manager. I would like to thank Kimberly, Deby, Andrea, Nights, Vicky ( for the best salad), and Nadia ( for excellent drinks). From management to housekeepers it was a wonderful stay. I will be back.

They will not issue me a receipt which is needed for work and Booking.com also will not issue a receipt. The Hilton tells me Booking.com will issue the receipt and booking.com tells me that The Hilton will issue the receipt. The message from booking.com came across very sarcastic and I will not use this service again

The location was great and we in enjoy it.

We didn't have breakfast but we had dinner and it was not all that good. My burger patting was burn and the waitress was not that helpful and I think that she didn't deserve a tip.

The breakfast server Cindy was excellent. I loved that water was available at the front desk without a charge.

I didn't like having a room next to the elevator.

Conveniently located close to restaurants , and shopping nice swimming pool. Clean , staff was great

Half hour drive to beach

Room was large, comfortable, and quiet. Air conditioning was controllable and quiet. The room was very clean. The staff, from check in to check were friendly and greeted with a true smile. Good job all around for this location.

Construction crew unloading equipment so close to our vehicle. Lot should have been closed the night before.

The bed was soft and comfortable, and room very quiet, we enjoyed a restful stay

Breakfast nothing to write home about

The hotel was clean my room was very spacious it was very clean bed was soft bathroom was clean I will most definitely recommend this property staff was always there and willing to help one thing that stood out my husband left his shoes they called us and told us we left the shoes I’ll give this hotel 10+

They didnt offer hot free breakfast you have to pay for the breakfast the room is too expensive to have pay for the breakfast and one more the hotel is 20 mins from the beach .

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean, neat, and tidy.

It wasn't clear about the breakfast. We didn't know it wasn't free. Most Hiltons we stayed in breakfast was included.
