Location and style were excellent. Really nice place and town. Beware that they use virtual check in/out and you need a key app with Bluetooth link to the door lock. It's a bit tricky but it worked. You can get a physical key for $10 from a nearby hotel though if you prefer.. You can also call them for help though.

This was the first time that we had come across the virtual checkin and Bluetooth tooth key app, were a bit tricky to set up but did work for us. Some other guests had to get a key card from the nearby hotel.

We fell in love with the old charm of this house. As a result, the guest above us was clearly audible, but that is simply part of the charm of such a traditional house.

The check-in was possible via email contact. However, there were problems with the electronic keys. But: We were able to solve everything by phone and Sean was super nice and had the physical keys ready to pick up just 3 minutes away.

The inn is centrally located making it easy to get to town. The king suite was very spacious, bed was comfortable, the tub was a bonus after walking the town all day!

The road noise was bad and I must say I was disappointed to find out our room was not in one of the main houses. I wish that had been more clearly stated at the time of booking.

Lovely historic property Good location

No staff on the property Some of the common areas needed attention. Wanted us to complete a long and involved digital check in to obtain a digital key.Not what one needed after a long day’s travel! Fortunately could take the option to pick up a key at another location.

The house is beautiful and well maintained. The bathroom was nice. We were very pleased overall with the aesthetics.

The bed was comfortable but noisy and was on platform that slid sideways. We would have like to have had hot coffee and a pastry or continental breakfast, but we were aware that was not a part of the agreement.

Beautiful building. Rooms & bed were of a very high standard. All facilities worked ie; coffee machine, fridge, wifi, tv etc etc. The guy (receptionist) we met was in a sister hotel nearby. He was very professional and a great guy to deal with.

Location close to downtown was nice

Too many Coombs hotels making it confusing to find correct accommodations which was unaware of. Small shower with low shower head meant for disabled. Difficult to use phone as key, up charge $10 for real key.

Historical architecture. Great location.

They said they would service room on third day of stay, but never came. Probably because Thanksgiving was third day. It was not a problem.

The room was clean and quiet. The furnishings were period and well suited to the house. The house and room had old-world charm, and we would happily stay again.

Please let guests know that room cleaning and towel services are available upon request at checkin. Although the room was nice, and we had a great stay, we didn't see the placard until the last day and wondered why services were not performed.

I enjoyed the house because of it’s history and location.

We felt like the water issue should have been communicated prior to arrival. Our floors were very slippery in our room almost causing several falls.
