Got the double room with balcony, which had a nice view. The manager is very friendly and helpful on recommendations around. Location is very good, good restaurants and views all around. Parking is on the street but we could find a place close almost all of the times. Bed is comfortable. Terrace is good to see the view and drink something. Breakfast is really good, would be even better if had some fresh juice. Note there is no AC and when the sun is really hot during the day it will take time for the room to cool, one day I had difficult to start sleeping.

Lack of towel hangers and enough power outlets. The first day the bathroom smell was bad (sewer) and very annoying but they did something when cleaning up the room the other day and it was solved. Shower is on the edge of being cold if you turn all the hot water on, must be difficult in the winter. Lack of a place to leave the bags open and off the floor.

We had a great stay here! The hospitality from the manager, Mr. Tural, was amazing—he was always ready to help with tour bookings and any questions we had. He had promised to get us the best price for a balloon ride, but unfortunately, they were cancelled due to bad weather. Still, he helped us rent a car and made sure we had all the info we needed to explore the area. The breakfasts were a highlight—warm, freshly made when we were ready to eat, and really delicious. Mr. Tural even personally checked in to make sure we were comfortable, which was such a nice touch. We stayed in one of the cave rooms and loved the experience. The location is also pretty convenient—just a short taxi ride from Göreme, and there are things to see nearby in Uçhisar too. The castle is actually right behind the property, which made for a nice little walk. Overall, a warm and cozy stay with great service!

The spread was a delightful mix of traditional Turkish delicacies. I loved sampling all the different flavors – it was the perfect way to start each day of exploring. Wonderful Service The staff at Alice in Cappadocia were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always on hand to offer advice, arrange tours, and ensure I had everything I needed. Cave Room Experience One of the most memorable aspects of my stay was the opportunity to sleep in a cave room. The room was beautifully decorated and provided a truly unique and authentic experience. Amazing Stay with Stunning Views and Exceptional Hospitality We had a great stay with beautiful views of the morning balloons during sunrise — truly a magical sight! The breakfast was awesome, with a great variety to choose from. A special thanks to Tural, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Bathroom could be a bit more improved

We really enjoyed our two day stay at Alice in Cappadocia. The room was spotless, had proper air conditioning system in the room and the view from the room was exceptional. The sight of the air balloon flight through the love valley and above the fairy chimneys during the mornings from our room was the cherry on top of the cake😍 Had scrumptious breakfast every morning, freshly prepared omlette, fries, different types of breads, salami (halal), cut fruits and veggies, fruit juices, variety of cheese, butter and honey, unlimited coffee and tea… we actually skipped lunch everyday as we were so full after the breakfast 😃 Tural, the manager helped us from the moment we booked the hotel by clearly communicating each and every details about the activities and places to visit in Cappadocia. He knows the best👍 He helped us booking the hot air balloon flight from the most prominent location where we flew up with other 140 hot air balloons. Also, booked shuttle services from and to the airport. He recommended the best Indian restaurants for us to have our dinner😍 Ziyaudheen, the staff who worked during nights welcomed us with his warm smile even though we checked in during the middle of the night. He was always pleasant and helped us carry our luggage. The lovely lady who cooked our breakfast was so fast and prompt in whatever she did for us. She asked us if the room need cleaning every morning. Overall, it was EXCEPTIONAL!!! We wish to come back to Alice in Cappadocia again♥️

Hotel is in walking distance to Uchisar Castle, Tiraz Castle, hiking trails, Pigeon Valley, and many places to eat.  Tural, the manager booked a hot air balloon ride for me the following day for such a great price. It was an amazing experience! check out horse riding with them as well. He also arranged transport back to the airport in a transit vehicle . I strongly recommend airport transfers to/from the hotel while in Cappadocia. My taxi refused to bring me directly to the hotel, which he did not tell me beforehand,  so I had to get another local taxi to the hotel, and I ended up paying a lot more money. Check out the view from the terrace, it's amazing during sunrise. Ziya was very friendly and always around to provide assistance.   Breakfast was prepared and served fresh every day. Housekeeping kept the room clean and water bottles replenished.

Room was spacious and comfortable but would get too warm for me - there was no AC so I had to open the windows and door to keep it cool. The bathroom was clean but a bit on the small side, after a shower the water would spread on the floor. Tural had fitted shower curtains but didn’t do much. A rubber floor squeegee would have been handy.
