Great and exceptional breakfest, we get to change our food and try new things. The girl in the resturant speaks english and is very accommodating. The receptionist let us change the room to a upper floor, there was a lift so the luggage was easy. the room was quiet since it is in the upper floor, the weather was colder then was expected since we came from Bacelona, but the room was warm, the bed was comfortable with soft wooly beddings. the water was hot for bath.

we try to take the luggage from our car infront of the hotel, but the police come and gruel at us, saying that we are not suppose to park there, although we are only there to off load our luggage. The parking is easy, blue lines are parkable, but don't forget to come down to pay on 09:00 forward.

Everything was perfect apart from a small but important detail. The open could be wideopen. The fact that I travelled with young kids and they open it themselves being on 5th floor nearly got me a heart attack. It has be dealt with asap. Huge risk.

location is amazing. staff are fabulous and so friendly. place to store your ski equipment free of charger. keep your key safe if requested. wide variety of breakfast. comfortable beds. staff willing to help and give great travel advice.

a lot or condensation on my window which made the clothes on the radiator wet. however this was dealt with immediately by staff.

Location was unbelievably beautiful and for a summer location it was excellent although I know the location is mainly for skying holidays. It ticked most of the boxes for us.

The lack of air conditioning, although the staff explained this was mainly to do with temperature is always comfortable, but of late the summer temperatures are rising. (This is obviously a climate change issue) Which there’re addressing in the near future.

Rooms were perfect for a ski trip rooms were spotless and they had free lockers in basement reception staff were great very friendly and helpful will probably stay there next time we are in Pas De La Casa

Great value for money, less than 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was basic with cereal, bread, meat, pastries but it was perfect and all we needed before a day skiing.

Property could do with some touch ups, bathroom needs redoing and perhaps a repaint.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, loads of space in the ski lockers, loved having a bath in the room for soaking after a day on the slopes! Bar downstairs was really good value too with a great selection

Staff were excellent! Very friendly and knowledgable of the area. Perfect location, right beside the slopes. Great breakfast and storage for our ski gear!

The breakfast is basic + - fr me it was fine - eggs,bread,coffee machine and juice machine

the coffe if from machine - not tasty - maybe real beens will be better Missed honey

Staff were great just a little noisy is my only moan but no a major issue

Night time noise from other guests not hotels fault just lack of respect
