Really nice hotel. It was easy to get to, had free parking outside or reasonably priced underground parking, comfortable and spacious rooms, and helpful staff. It was also very close to a bus stop.

There was not much to not like, but if I had to be knit picky, I would say the breakfast was underwhelming, especially since we had to pay extra.

The rooms were good size and plenty of room for our family. The AC was nice.

The bathroom was nice, but the shower didn’t drain well and there is no vent in the bathroom so the moisture stayed and filled the room if we left the bathroom door open.

Don't remember her name but the lady at front counter when I checked in was very friendly and helpful! Really appreciated. Also the room was very big, which is excellent!

No fridge and kettle in room

Our last-minute decision to visit Paris during a heat-wave caused us to look outside the city but near public transportation. We specifically needed rooms for us and our two teens in an air-conditioned, quiet location. Initially we were placed in a quadruple room, but when the air conditioning failed to work, Jennifer moved us to rooms with functioning air. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the highway with highly sound-proofed windows. The rooms were of good size, silent, clean and stylish. While there is parking available for 9€ a day, we had a free spot in front of the hotel for the entirety of our stay. There was a bus stop just up the street that took us in to the No. 9 Metro line at Pont de Sevres. We could be into Paris or back within an hour, which was an easy sacrifice to not be paying exorbitant parking fees or staying in a dumpy, over-priced budget hotel in the city. Our stay was comfortable! We did not make use of it, but there was a kiosk where you could order food delivery, but European hours. The staff was excellent, attentive and helpful.

The bathrooms were very small, but efficient. The shower did tend to get the floor wet. Housekeeping were great, but we felt pressure to be out of their way each morning unless we hung out a "do not disturb" sign, which was missing from the teens' room. The self-serve coffee machine downstairs (a reasonably good Cafe Latte for 2€) was out of order, but only on our last morning. There is a commercial shopping center about 15-20 minute walk away, but little else close at hand. No interesting views from the windows or open space, but as we were mainly there to sleep, this was not problematic to us.

Good decision for short stay. We chose it because of the location as it was in 20 minutes of walking from the skating rink.

Hotel next to the road and it is impossible to open the window because of the noise.

for this money an excellent hotel, we lived in it for 7 days, we came to Roland Garros. Cleaning was always done, breakfast was good. There is a luggage storage service. The staff is polite. There is a bus stop nearby that goes to the metro, but in the opposite direction it is further from the hotel, but we walked on foot and everything is ok.

elevators sometimes did not work, once I ran on foot to the 6th floor. to open the window, I had to call the staff, he opened it with a key, I didn’t close it with a key and just covered the first window and closed the second one, there is a highway nearby, but two windows make good soundproofing

The hotel is cozy. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The location is convenient, so you can easily get the bus and get to the city center. Breakfast is also good.

Very friendly stuff. They gave us information and helps us in our request. The room was big, quiet, clean, with very comfortable beds. The heating system was working, and the internet was good. The breakfast there had plenty of choices.

I don't have complaints.
