Nice and silent neighbourhood, good enough swimming pool.

The breakfast was a little "basic", coffee in my opinion was terrible. But fresh bread and juices were ok. Next to the window of hotel room there was a sports hall, where day by day from early morning someone exercised, usually with loud music. Unfortunately the room was without air conditioning, so window must be opened all time long.

Check in was easy and the fitness and spa facilities were great, the rooms and hallways could do with a bit of an upgrade and not all the lighting functioned properly. Would be nice for the pool to be open in the morning but I can understand the technicality of this.

The room furniture etc were a bit on the cheap side, it seemed quite a bit was spend on the downstairs and lobby but the upper floors were neglected.

The hotel was located conveniently near the local parkrun. It had many health facilities such as a gym. I will need to come back for a few days to use these facilities. I found the bar and restaurant of more use for the one night stay.

It was a bit of a traipse from the tram. Better suited to people in cars.

Staff and food in the resturant for breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

Sunday night after motogp not much options for meal after 7pm It was difficult to get back from the Moto GP. Only one place across the road was open, had closed the kitchen They did go out of the way to give me bratworth and potato salad. Just so you know to get food earlier on Sundays.

Apparently, I arrived a little later than expected, so I appreciated that the staff made a couple of sandwiches for me for dinner. I also appreciated the help of staff members who provided me with directions to my destination the following day in Chemnitz -- which is not an easy place to navigate. Breakfast was also varied and quite tasty -- and a little outside of what I normally expect for breakfast.

The mattresses were a little too soft to make sleeping comfortable, and the covers were a little heavier than I am used to.

We had back luck and in the evening was an event in the hotel so the restaurant was closed

If I had to choose a place that I would never leave again, definitely this hotel. As accommodation, for work, food and sports, all the best. Everything is exactly to my taste, the quality of the food, the cleanliness, the service, the music. The staff is competent, friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work, I will definitely come back!

pls don't assume everyone has been there before. Some people are there for the first time and have no clue how things go
