The thermal SPA facility

The towels seem to be not the best but I am not bringing any critism, they were clean. I didn’t like the community either. But, what can you do! As a woman, I don’t want to blend in with the mens who are staring at me because I am having a bikini at the pools

Good breakfast, wide selection of cold and hot dishes. The room was quiet, I was on the second floor with a nice view of the city. Perfect spa included in the price. I was there in winter, outside the weekend, so it was very few people, so I can't judge how it is at other times. In the price of accommodation I had the opportunity to go to the salt cave, sauna, bathroom and large classic thermal pool, which was part of the spa in classic Turkish style. The spa was clean and the staff were very helpful and smiling, which always made my evening better after a busy day. For example, I just had to point out the lack of towels and everything was taken care of promptly. I didn't try the massages. Other services as in a classic 5* hotel. The staff will park the car and take care of the luggage. There was someone at the reception 24 hours a day with sufficient English and they were helpful in solving my requests.

Upon arrival I had a dirty toilet seat. For a hotel of this quality it is a real shame... the next few days the cleaning was ok, but it was obvious that it was a failure of an individual in the cleaning. Sometimes everything was replenished and everything was fine and sometimes it was just a "quick clean".

Everything about the hotel and bursa. The location and setting of the hotel in an elevated position surrounded by lush green mountains. Spectacular surrounding views from the terraces. Not too crowded.

After 4 nights of busy Istanbul City life unwinding back in the Celik Palas Bursa was much deserved, the hotel was exceptional, had two twin rooms with scenic views from the balcony, beds were comfortable, included all the facilities including bath robes & slippers as expected from a Spa hotel, the thermal spa was the highlight for me along with a fully heated sauna and salt room, marvellous. Breakfast was fully catered for with lots of options available but unfortunately did not have the opportunity to make use of them fully as I was on a fruits & salad diet only due to a upset stomach, no fault due to the hotel my I add. Would definitely visit again for a few days next time minimum just to explore the beautiful sites of Bursa.

As expected it was a short taxi ride away from Market side but totally made up for it for the thermal spa.

Location is near the Sutluce bus stop, so once you have Bursakart, you can travel to the various tourist sites using Moovit app. The thermal pools are good and hot so good for a winter holiday. The breakfast is really great and not the same boring breakfast each day. The chef will prepare complimentary omelette if your booking includes breakfast. The view of the city is beautiful from the restaurant. The spa facilities are great and offers a private hammam. The people at reception (Pinar) and spa(Yuliana and Prad) are very helpful. When i arrived late and unhappy, i was welcomed warmly and happily by Ahmet. I will definitely return to this hotel.

We came about half hour before breakfast time was done. When i went back to get some breakfast from the buffet while they picked the stuff up, the waitress made silly noise which made me feel uncomfortable and not welcome. My emails were not responded to via booking. com so i struggled a bit to get there from the bus terminal, since the front entrance appears closed and there is no English sign to indicate the entrance is the road behind the main road. The shower in our room was little smaller than usual in the bath tub and it easily made the floors wet, but the room was comfortable overall.

The hotel is one of most historic in Bursa. Unique for it's spa area. The biggest in Bursa mineral water pool is situated here. The hot water comes right from the earth. Stunning round space covered with dome, as from ottoman era with large pool in the middle. Around the pool in niches, are spaces for hamam, that offer some kind of privacy. Of course there are private mineral pools for extra charge. The spa area keeps the decoration style from the begging of the 20th sentury, really unique. Very friendly and helpful personel, very nice location with a view. Very good breakfast and the restaurant of the hotel offers tasty food (quick service and friendly prices) all the day long.

The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, very delicious varieties of food. The staff were friendly specially the front office manager, Pinar, a super friendly female manager, she speaks english and was very helpful, she made our stay super relaxed. I have also noticed the manager of the hotel checks everything by himself, great service!

The only problem was the internet connection in the room, very slow

I checked in relatively late in the evening, and Burak + Pinar made sure that a plentiful basket of fruit was brought to the room after I had dinner. In general, the staff was extremely friendly. The Spa area is also very good. It is a nice historical hotel, but time has taken its tall on the more moders facilities.

This hotels location is wonderful as it's central to everything as well as if you choose to go to the Uludag mountain for skiing. The amenities are great and the staff are very accommodating. They hotel is extremely classy and quiet and the breakfast has a good selection of everything to suit many needs. I have been here several times and would stay here again.

I just think the thermal area ceilings need renovation as obviously the humidity gets to the walls understandably. However, this is more of an observation and I would still visit again as its clean.
