The hotel is well equipped as a wellness hotel with a small indoor pool, jacuzzi, infraret sauna, dry sauna, steam room salt room. Since it is a small hotel easily and freely accessible to hotel guests. The room suit with a balcony was wonderful in terms in terms of room set up, with an air conditioner, two completely separate rooms, each with a TV, full bath with a bathtub and shower, toilet and a separate toilet.

Some services were lacking, such as there was no mattress pad, meaning bed sheets were placed directly on the mattress. TV channels were too few although I think it was possible to set up more channels for the guests. There was no garbage bin in the toilet. The town is small and has nothing to see or to do.

We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel Kristaly and it was great, we would most definitely come back. We had breakfast and dinner and it was super, really tasty food and beautifully arranged. The room was clean and comfortable and the wellness area was amazing - pool, jacuzzi, cold pool and 4-5 different types of sauna. The hotel was mostly empty when we were there so it was really nice, a private atmosphere. The service from receptionists, waiters was excellent. Everyone was helpful and kind. We recommend visiting the adventure park near the hotel, it's only 10 min drive.

Breakfast was good, not a massive selection but freshly cooked and a range of cold options. Room was spacious and clean, good shower and toiletries provided. Location was good for my purpose of work situated close to where I needed to be. Food in the restaurant was good and a decent menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful There was a small wellness centre only drawback was having to wait for the sauna to be heated up as only put on at request of guest

Staff was very friendly and the location is great! Parking place is free and very close to the entrance. Wellness part of the Hotel is nice and clean, easy to reach from the apartments. I can recommend the stay for everyone who want to have a short or even long staying around the location.

The hotel looks clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cold.

The soap dispensers were all empty in our room on arrival. Phone to the reception did not work.

Conveniently located, comfortable rooms, there is a place to spend leisure time - wellness, bowling. A full breakfast, we are satisfied. Recommend!!!

the bubble bath did not work properly, I had to cut the electricity to aovid a flood in the bathroom
