Hadn't stayed anywhere quite like this before and what an interesting discovery. All inclusive but very different to what I imagined it would be. The aqua and wellness facilities were brilliant and much needed after a full day driving. Felt so refreshed after the pools and different sauna/steam rooms! Dinner was a delight, so many options and all very fresh and obviously made on site with quality ingredients. All tastes and allergies catered for as well which was nice to see in Hungary. Good attentive service. Room was great, comfortable and nice beds. Breakfast again huge selection of really good food. And regularly replenished. The clientele was mainly older, Hungarian retired and their families. Hope this place continues in this way for many years to come, it could so easily become european-ised and lose everything that makes it very good!

Staff is friendly, unlimited dinner with a good selection of dishes, clean rooms, and there's a lovely spa as well. Plenty of parking space, and WiFi worked excellent too. You also get a breakfast, unfortunately I didn't have the time to try that out.

The heat! I completely turned off heating and even opened the windows until 4 in the morning. This kind of heating is unreasonable. Also, during the night, there's an audible, constant humming, not sure where it's coming from. It's tolerable, and you get used to it after a while.

I have to say that stuff was really really nice and helpful, we were in that area first time so I asked for some tips, what to see and the receptionist girl was very patient with me and explained a lot. For breakfast and dinner there was a lot of food, Im sure everybody would find something from meet or vegetarien as well. I liked a lot cold fruit sups, never had that before, and even that hotel is quite big, there was always food and clean tables. Thanks to good stuff. My son rides a trail bike so he was happy with the pumptrack they have, it looks bigger on the pics so dont expect that much, but for kids up to 8-10 its fun. Pool is nice, when we were there only the one with the hot water was open, but I guess next week will be open the big one. All in all good hotel.

Im fussy about beds (I know my problem) so for me the beds were so soft, but I guess people likes that together with the huge pillows, I went ask for small one, which obviously they didnt have any problem to give me:-)

The hotel is in the center of town with free parking. It is ideal for both small children and adults. The food is perfect and there is something for everyone. The ratio of investment obtained is more than profitable. It is worth coming here to rest for a couple of days.

The rooms are rather neglected, the floor coverings are dirty and the hotel should be refreshed a bit. Despite the above, you can relax and enjoy yourself in this hotel.

kids friendly hotel, with lot of attraction for kids, indoor out doors pools (war water in) slides, toboggans (actually 7/2025 one fast was not operating, outside playground, good breakfast and i was surprised in the price is dinner included. pool bar - for snack fresh made pizza and hamburgers good quality for good price

The hotel is quite nice, even though needs a bit of renovation. The food was good, the variety was just right, not too few, not too much. The facilities for the kids are really good, a lot of playrooms.

There could be a bit more fresh vegetable choices at dinner. most of the salads were pickled.

Room was perfect for mother and couple. Coffee, chairs, tea, mini fridge all as needed and a small deck. Food at breakfast was top notch, dinner a little less so. Pools and spa were great. We went outside even though it was 1C as the pool was nice and warm.

Convenient location. All inclusive price…breakfast and dinner very good…lots of choice… Sauna, pool etc included… Have stayed several times before..

The hotel is getting dated and could do with a good maintenance programme..many things like the carpets etc are worn and tired looking.

The room&bathroom is beautifully refurbished, could be that of a 4 or 5 star hotel. The breakfast variety is impressive. The staff forthcoming and professional. The barista in the lobby cafe prepared an artwork of a cappu.

The common areas are a bit outdated, but for a 3 star they are fine. It would be nice to have a swimming pool in the spa area.

Good food, location, great offer for kids also with slot machines. Pleasant atmosphere, although the hotel is in urgent need of renovation, we felt comfortable.

The children's playroom closes at 20.00, which is far to early! Also spa area closes at that time.
