Clean. Very good and friendly staff, any question and/or problem receives attention and solution. Good breakfast with fresh juices, cheese, eggs etc. Ski in ski out from backyard located ski room. There is a free bus stop near the hotel to go to the other side of the ski area. Very good restaurant!!! Recommended!!

The rooms are not so comfortable and pampering, very simple, without facilities like an electrical kettle and refrigerator. But, when we asked for a refrigerator, we received it. The bathroom is small, from toiletries is only tubes combine shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

It was our 2nd time visitimg Hotel Astra. Rooms were lovely. Very good location. Staff was accomodating of our requests. We will be back during our next stay in Livigno

Our room was above the kitchen and it was a bit noisy before 11pm - not too loud though. But after a day of skiing that was no issue for us.

Excellent location, spacious rooms and amenities such as market, restaurants and bars accessible on foot. Excelent place to let the bicycle. Good tips for tourist attractions at reception.

Delay in replacing breakfast items. Although the sauna is very good, the gym room could be better.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, also the restaurant was very nice. All the staff was excellent especially Jeffrey and Francesca. Also was very nice to be able to park our car in the hotel garage.

I did not like the pillowcases (very poor) the bed linen were of poor quality. Also the room was very very small and dated.

The hotel is immaculate. Out of 10 different hotels on a tour around Europe, this was by far the best breakfast!! The produce was all of amazing quality which meant everything was delicious. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The location, rooms, and breakfast were amazing. Breakfast has international choices and it was delicious. The rooms were clean and quite. The location of the hotel is not properly in the city center but we enjoy the position anyway.

Breakfast was continental and there was more or less everything. Rich buffet breakfast. Everything fresh and tasty.

On the beds were waterproof covers over mattresses under cotton sheet. That caused bad sleep, because I was getting hot. I took me one day to find out and get rid of it.

The amazing and excellent service and support by the staff, especially to support us with the rental car break down.

Everything was perfect!

The staff were really incredible, always greeting us with a smile and extremely helpful. It made it a joy to stay there! The breakfast was also exceptional. We will be back!
