Fantastic breakfast! I thoroughly enjoyed it. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Not sure of swimming pool. Did not use gym in the hotel. Can not remember if someone mentioned the availability of gym or not.

The hotel exceeded expectations. It was clean and super comfortable. The pool and restaurants were nice additions.

The food can be greatly improved. Two of items listed on the menu were not available and I had to go for a third choice which was poorly prepared and presented.

Some of the staff were helpful and supportive. The pool and proximity to the beach were the best parts of staying in this hotel.

When booking, we sent a message requesting for airport pick up three days in advance.. The hotel didn't make any arrangements for the pick up. We called when we arrived at the airport and were told that the bus was not available and we should find our way. This was disappointing as the booking indicated that airport pick up would be provided. We stayed in the apartments and had a lot of issues. The ceiling of one of the bathrooms caved in and fell onto the toilet in the room with our little kids. We could have had a really bad incidence if they were in the bathroom at that time. In the other apartment, the bathroom had a leak and was constantly full of water. The first day, there was no water for four hours. Our last night, we also didn't have water running to take a bath. The rooms were not consistently cleaned, and when they were cleaned, toiletries and towels were not always replaced. Cleaners would leave the windows open all day, letting in mosquitoes. There was no insect spray provided, and rooms were not sprayed, so we all suffered from a lot of mosquitoes bites. We deliberately choose this hotel for the high rating and proximity to the beach. Sadly, it didn't meet our expectations, especially in areas of basic infrastructure and cleaningness.

Many problems, and none of them are small. Let's start with the 3-room apartment: Huge cockroaches. The master bedroom's bathroom had a big cockroach vacationing on the toilet's commode. We told the hotel about it. They sent a guy to swat it with his shoe and take it out. Later, we discovered that there was another cockroaches relaxing under the toilet seat in the same bathroom. I one of the other bedrooms, a dead cockroach was laying under the sink. But this was not the worst of it: the whole bathroom smelled of urine (the seat was covered in it) and the cleaner confirmed that the urine was not only in the toilet but elsewhere in the bathroom too... The cleaner's solution was to open the window. The last room's door handle was broken. In the morning, the water kept being turned off so using the bathroom was not possible. We paid for an extra bed, so they brought it in, without any sheets and said they would be back in the evening to set it up. We had to call them a little before midnight for them to do it. The kitchen had 4 glasses even though it was an apartment for 6 people. The cutlery consisted of one spoon. We didn't even bother checking on plates. The bathrooms seemed to have one towel even though the rooms were for 2 people. On to the "Superior" room: Once we made it through the maze and finally located the room (no signs, and more corridors than you would expect) , we discovered that there was no water because they had shut the mains for that room. No idea why. Frankly, this stay was an unmitigated disaster and anyone who runs a hotel like this should be ashamed.
