Great Olympic pool and nice building with restaurant and club inside. The staff is ok but they don’t smile. WiFi is ok. When the price would be kept at 80-100 euro per day that would be great and justified. After 3 days the price was raised to 200 euro per night which is an exaggeration for this quality and service. Anyway deal and satisfaction depends on the price and I was lucky to get good deal but understand people who complain because if you pay 200 Euro you would expect more. The breakfast was very good

They burn the grass on the property which smelled and was little bit dangerous for the lungs, that was little bit not professional despite bad smell. More smile would be welcomed.

Perfect, I loved the breakfast ! There was a variety of menu, and the fruits were varied as well

Drop off should be right at the main entrance of the hotel and not far away in the parking.

Friendly and supportive staff. Free shuttle from and to the airport. Food is decent. The grounds are very nice and the pool was popular (but not too overcrowded.)

The wifi usually worked but there would be issues with it a couple of times a day, so it's not reliable.

Location of Sika Sika is good. I hope you provide umbrellas while it rains . K'ins yoghurt was really yummy

Generally I liked everything. I wish variety of fruits could be more.

Great pool, excellent restaurant, spacious bungalow, nice staff. They held a fun easter egg hunt for kids.

Surprised to get there and to be very discouraged by guards to not enter the beach at all due to concern for personal security on beach. Basically no beach access as a result. Hotel doesn't want to have liability for guests at the beach. Many mosquitos in bungalow despite us being very careful to keep doors amd windows closed.

The place having access to the sea, very good gardens, the night view of the full moon is exceptional

Access to the beach closes from 5:00 pm.

The renovated room was really good

On going works in the compound should be completed and the compound should be brought to standards Some attention to the gym

The environment is so serene, the staff were super helpful and nice, the wifi is so swift

The apartment are not refurbished. No washing machine.

Staff is friendly and helpful, always feel secure on the property.
