The staff were very welcoming and super nice. The room was so big and beautiful. The view of the city absolutely perfect. The gym has all the necessaries to get your full workout in. Which is a major plus! The spa area is absolutely divine. The hotel is very accommodating on whatever needs you may have.The cleanliness is very impeccable throughout the entire building. Excellent property hands down.

I wouldn’t say any dislikes considering it was not any problems. I will only say this. Maybe more vegetarian choices for breakfast in the breakfast area. We paid for breakfast included with our stay. Yet my partner is unable to eat certain foods so it wasn’t many choices on certain days. It was a couple of times we had to go out to get food because of that matter. For me the food was fine. I have no restrictions.

The facility was clean and conveniently located within walking distance (15 min.) of shopping marts, breakfast, and brunch spots which were amazing, if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Also, for those that drink there were bars located at the hotel as well as within walking distance. The hotel was very nice, clean, they had a pool with an DJ (on special occasion) and I had a great view (photo attached). Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The only thing that I could say I experienced was that I could hear the guest adjacent to my room whenever they were watching television or talking (maybe their volume was loud while at the same time I’m a light sleeper).

The view from the room, the cleanliness and the staff's friendliness and patience with us. All of these truly made it one of the best nights of our lives. Especially Paul's kindness and attention to detail!. He provided great customer service during our stay. He helped us make the best out of this day.

Going in and out of the hotel can be a little complicated due to the fact that you can only use valet parking service even if you go in and out for less than 5 minutes. Even though you have the choice to park in the street outside the hotel, sometimes they are all taken and there is no inside parking

This Hotel is amazing, so many facilities! Stunning pool on the rooftop and the gym is probably the best hotel gym I have ever seen. Equinox style. Very large selection at breakfast

Breakfast had a lot of options but the food did not taste that good Prostitution. On the elevetor I saw 2 different people bringing up prostitutes. And then I noticed that the frigo bar in our room included condoms and lubricant

Views from the breakfast area was very good, breakfast selection very good. It allowed me choices for the duration without eating the same thing each day. View from my room was relatively good. I particularly liked the black corridor colors with the yellow room entrance door.

Seating in the room was quite pleasant to look at but not comfortable for working or using a laptop. I would have preferred a desk/workstation to complete my assignments after the workshop.

I went to the hotel for my birthday and I had the most amazing time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to say a big thank you to Eric for helping me get around! I wanted to leave the hotel to get a drink by myself and he made sure to call a Uber for me and translate in Spanish to the Uber driver where I wanted to go and what time he should pick me up back. If you're ever here in Panama please ask them to call a Uber for you, it is way cheaper than to call a taxi and it is safe🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲 sending love from Jamaica. Eric es un miembro del personal del hotel. The property is well set up in a central location in Panama City. The ground level acts purely as an entry with check in desk on an upper floor. This provides privacy and a coming home feeling rather than returning to a busy lobby each time.

The rooms done have the best sound proofing so you can hear mumbling from adjoining rooms there could be better indication in the elevator and around the hotel as to where the gathering areas are for the hotel. The hotel should make more of an effort to beautify the street surrounding the main entrance.

Was upgraded to a larger room on early arrival which was greatly appreciated. If you use Uber it is so easy to move around Panama. The trips are usually $3-6.00. The W hotel has a lovely breakfast with a breathtaking view of the city. Alex at the front desk was very polished and helpful. Great lady at the concierge who was always very helpful. Front door staff was also very helpful. Breakfast staff very polished. Great staff at the W. Room staff was also excellent. You can't go wrong choosing this location.

Hard to see floor numbers on the elevator. Need better lights there.

GIBELLI ESPINOSA is the best . I didn’t get the room I booked at first however GIBELLI ESPINOSA made my last couple days magical. The hotel is clean and surrounded by everything .. They have lots of entertainment every night.

The breakfast was not good they had stew every day no variety of meat choices. The pool need desperate renovation but other than that it’s amazing..
