Very nice high end hotel & pool. The staff is friendly and efficient. The pool is very nice. Families are there if you are looking only for couple experience. A la carte foods were very good including the breakfast we ordered for our terrace. Secure parking on site. Very close to Les Baux town & ruins. A more expensive experience here.

There was only one outlet on one side of the bed. Would be nicer if both sides had one for phone charging.

The hotel was beautiful and the grounds really attractive. The swimming pool area was lovely and towels supplied. The reception area was lovely and the staff most helpful with restaurant reservations and making a much needed hair appointment. We were kindly upgraded to a better room on our arrival which we really appreciated. A lovely few days here and we would return.

The only criticism we have was the breakfast. it cost €22 per person and, apart from lovely freshly squeezed orange juice and a little cheese and ham, it consisted of a huge basket of breads. The maximum the many hotels on our 2 week holiday charged was €15 so we thought this was a little excessive.

Beautiful location with fresh air and open surroundings. The hotel garden was lovely and very well maintained. The room was comfortable and everything felt peaceful and well cared for. Breakfast was excellent — thoughtfully prepared and high in quality.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was truly enjoyable.

The breakfast was delicious and par for the course for this kind of luxury boutique hotel. Staff were exceptionally helpful and discreetly solicitous, with one exception (see below). The grounds are gorgeous. Everything is lovely, quiet, immaculate, and pleasant. They have a locked parking lot, which on reflection we appreciated, and it has two spaces with chargers for EV (steadily used).

Service at breakfast was slow. Once we were served, the server vanished. We waited in vain for a return visit or for a staff person to nab. Not a big deal—we got what we needed from the front desk.

Rooms offer showers being part of tubes, which makes them quite dangerous to use, because of slippage risk. Being the owner I would like to risk damage claims for not securing safe showering facilities.

The property was beautiful. Sitting out by the pool with the gorgeous views was lovely.

It was a little confusing about ordering dinner as you use their website and actually order from other places. But the drinks & small plates from onsite kitchen was nice.

This is a fantastic place to stay and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made it even extra special. Naomi on reception recommended and booked us into 2 fantastic restaurants and she is a lovely asset to the hotel. Stephan, Dominic and Philippe were very professional and entertaining. Location is very good for sights, restaurants and scenery. Food was delicious and all round standards were high. It was an absolutely glorious week and I cannot fault it in any way.

There was nothing to dislike or comment negatively about.

Can’t think of anything except offer a slip pad for the shower.

We upgraded our room this year to a garden terrace room and loved it. To have an area outside and close to other guests to chat to was delightful.
