The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. It’s located in a great area, about 3 km from the city center, which makes it close enough to explore easily while still offering a peaceful environment away from the busy crowds. Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay—highly recommended!

The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The quality of the food was below expectations, and it certainly didn’t justify the price. Additionally, although they apparently offer an à la carte breakfast, this wasn’t clearly communicated or visible as an option during our visit.

Beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was very helpful and plaisant

The location is great for work but far from old Lyon for tourists activities. Luckily the buses run regularly, are conveniently located next to the hotel and easy to use. Gluten free options are almost non existent on the hotel restaurant menu (salad is not a solution when you stay for a week). There are many restaurants near the hotel but it is the same situation. The grocery store was also very far, (walking distance) so if you have food allergies, food is a real challenge. I understand that currently, France in general is not an easy place to travel when you are celiac, but hopefully that will change in time.

The staff were all extremely friendly, the room was great and very comfortable, toiletries were also good quality, and the location was perfect. Breakfast was also very good!

The room felt a bit chilly even though I turned off the AC. However I did not raise this to the staff as it was not such a big concern, I just slept with a jumper and it was fine.

We stayed for 1 night in March 2024. We were here for a concert at L’Amphitheatre which was very close to this hotel. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The ensuite had a bath and shower. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The location was perfect for us but it is a bit out of town for those wanting to see more of Lyon. Travel to the hotel from the train station (Lyon Part Dieu) was straightforward by bus and reasonable.

There was a delay of around an hour for our room being ready. There was no fridge in the room.

Staff, room, breakfast (excellent) and location for my purpose as I had a meeting at the same compound. It is also adjacent to the river and next to a massive beautiful park

There was some repair going on my corridor. They kept the noise and disruption to a minimum . I wish I had one thin pillow among the four pillows on the bed😊

Locational advantage if meetings are at center Congress. Staff is superbly helpful. Smartly merged my multiple bookings and saved me from hassles of shifting rooms.

It’s way out of the city and one has to commute to downtown. Have to remind HK to keep checking and refilling toiletries since I was there for a long time.

Comfortable rooms, great service and breakfast. Also, location is perfect for attending events at Centre de Congrès de Lyon.

It's a pity AC cannot be controlled from the room. If the hotel has the AC off there is no way to turn it on, but the control panel stays lit up through the night disturbing the sleep.

Nice large room. comfortable. Clean. Simple check in and departure processes.

Was difficult to find the entrance to the hotel to be able to drop off luggage, and then it wasn't easy finding the way to get the car down to the parking. And the parking garage - which is very large - could do with better signs on how to get back up to the hotel.

The staff were exceptionally polite and professional. The restaurant had an amazing lunch menu offer. The location is convenient, if you like running you can reach the beautiful Parc de la Tete D'or in minutes.

The gym is poorly equipped: 2-3 bikes, one bench, a few steppers, one small Pilates ball, some weight plates and practically no hand-held weights.

The hotel is located in a lovely quiet area near the park. Easy reach by taxi/Uber. Convenient for congress venue use.

Room and hotel in general need a little bit of updating ( it has an old feel despite the large TV screen and few modern things). The mattress was too soft and not comfortable. The spider webs on the ceiling didn't help!! Expensive for what it is.. not good value for money.
