The staff on reception were very friendly and the room was very big. The windows were floor to ceiling. Kitchen had a oven, kettle and fridge. Tea bags, towels, toilet roll, hand soap, slippers and shower gel were provided. The entrance had ramp access and there is a lift available. Good breakfast menu in the rerestaurant downstairs. Selection of local shops and cafes nearby.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. The windows have no locks on them which was scary as I travelled with a curious 4 year old. I'd recommend locks for safety. Also would be nice to have table lamps because the ceiling lights were very bright

Instead of taxi, I used Metro+ Bus to get to the hotel from the airport. The receptionist was friendly and very accommodating, I couldn't appreciate more for his help. I didn't get his name, it's the gentleman who has families members in the UK. I didn't expect much as I only planned to stay overnight to catch the early morning plane, but the room was actually spacious and clean, like an apartment. I had a very nice sleep. If I return back to Istanbul and staying longer next time, I am very likely to choose them again.

On our arrival, we received a free upgrade to the family apartment, which was perfect. The staff was very polite and friendly, which made our stay even better. Huge apartment with full height windows. Definitely, I recommend the choice of staying here for the money

The bedroom was on the street side, and the windows are not very sound proof. However, the street is not a main one, and during the night not too many cars are passing by.

Really good hotel,good location, excellent service and friendly staff

We booked a family room but on arrival were told the family room was not available so we're given 2 separate rooms which was a down side as booked well in advance.

The property was clean and rooms spacious and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Zeinab who was working at the reception was great!

Staff was very helpful, they are open 24/7 so it was easy to get there and check in and stay for the night when we missed the flight. Area was also a good place to stay for the night, felt safe.

Nothing when you compare the price to the comfort.

The staff are very accomodating, very helpful regarding on booking taxi and other questions about transportation. The room is clean and spacious. And near to Sabiha Airport.

The front desk was attended by a gentleman who's name translates to "freedom". He was a very kind man, great to talk with explained history of Istanbul, places to see etc. The restaurant on site was DELICIOUS!

The room is huge! Very comfortable. The staff are amazing and very helpful. I arrived late at night as my flight was delayed, the receptionist was very welcoming and ordered food delivery for me. The location is also perfect for those who have a stopover in Sabiha Gokcen airport. Fully recommend!

A bit too cold in the room, but with the air conditioner this problem is easily solved. A bit expensive (as is everything in Turkey now).

We were approved for a late check-in without any problems, even the owner of the hotel met us. Very polite staff, clarified our flight (flying in transit) and planned our route. The room is great: spacious and clean. It was very comfortable to stay at the hotel

We didn't see anything negative. On the contrary, if you need to stay, especially in transit, this hotel will be an excellent option.
