It was quiet, easy to find, and close to the metro. It had a great little shared kitchnette within chilled sparkling and still water on tap. It also had a lovely authentic Italian cafe/restaurant right across the road. Once we made initial contact Whats App is good for communication...as not all the staff have any English :). We loved it at Anna's.

Initially we couldn't find the actual property as numbering on street is limited....buts its the big door right on the corner. Staff were great for contact especially on arrival although sometimes Italian internet takes a while to connect messages. Also we got lost in Pompeii and didn't book the trains which were fully booked later to Rome so we missed our first night...that was sad you really do need at least three nights in Rome...our own fault. Tip...pre-book your trains :)

First impression, Anna was super nice and friendly! We really felt welcomed the second we met her. Loved her cheerful and bubbly personality despite the language barrier. Appreciate that she gave us a piece of hand-written instructions and information about the stay in English! The size of the room was just nice for 2 of us, and it included a sofa and a relatively large bathroom.

The shower drain was clogged and the bed was quite uncomfortable, maybe I’m just not used to sleeping on soft pillows, couldn’t really sleep well :(

A very nice room with a bathroom, plus it was great that there was a balcony. Very friendly staff and a fantastic location, just a 3-minute walk to the Cornelia metro line. There’s a small shop, a pharmacy, and plenty of cafés nearby. I recommend it for a trip to Rome.

On the downside, the bed was a bit uncomfortable with a double mattress. You can hear everything through the walls from the neighbors.

Really liked this hotel! It is small, but very welcoming to travelers. We had everything needed. You can also have a tea or coffee in the small kitchen, there is also a microwave, which was useful in evenings. Bed and pillows are much comfier than usually in hotels. Location is also very good, 5 mins walk to the metro station. Also super friendly and nice staff. Thank you😊

Good clean rooms. The host was most kind and helpfull and despite the language barrier she managed to explain all necessary details and helped us solve a small problem that appeared. It was very easy to find dinner places and it is just a short walk to Cornelia metro station to Termini. Buses stop just outside the house. We took an evening stroll with family in the area and experienced ordinary Rome city life, and from the nearby parco del pineto (picture) there is view to St Peter's Cathedral. A small breakfast is included at the next door café. We dumped our car at the nearby garage, which was ca 25€ for 24h.

Traffic is hectic (as everywhere in Rome). The rooms are not too noise insulated but the other guests and neighbours were nice and quiet so it did not bother. Traffic noise did not bother inside.

The room was very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and the location was not quite far from the city centre. Right outside there was the bus stop. We also loved the breakfast served at the cafe down the street , thank you for everything and we will totally visit again

All good, position handy to buses and met. Breakfast lovely with great people that own My Way Cafe.

Size of shower cubicle too small. Bit noisy but good position will allways be noisy.

- a nice, comfortable room that has all the necessary facilities and that was cleaned every day (the bathroom was also quite clean which is something that I personally find very important) - access to a shared little kitchen very well equipped - the experience of the typical italian breakfast (coffee/cappucino and cornetto/croissant) - simple but so good! - last but not least, the hospitality, and kindness of the owners. They were helpful, friendly, and absolutely lovely people! :) All in all, great value for money. We’ll definitely come back next time we are in Rome!

- not really a negative thing, but just something to take into account about the location: it’s not the central, historic neighbourhood that you see in movies, but it is still safe, lively and has all the facilities that you may need. It’s close to the Vatican, and well-connected to public transport (the metro and bus stations are just a few minutes walking from the building). Just be aware that currently (September 2022) the metro does not work in the evenings, so you may need an alternative form of transport (e.g. the night bus).

A great place to stay while seeing Rome. The accommodation was pleasant, cozy, and well-kept. The staff is welcoming and friendly. They helped with any questions we had during our staying. Special thanks to Raffaella, who always met us with a smile and gave good advice on staying in the city. The setting is appropriate. You won't have any trouble travelling to the most intriguing locations. The residence is 3 minutes from the metro, and a bus stop is directly across the street. You can get to the Vatican in 15 minutes, and the Colosseum will be at your disposal in approximately 30 minutes... A croissant of your choice and a cup of coffee make up a mini breakfast. Both the croissant and the coffee are sure to please you and sweeten your morning. The cafe where you will be treated to this pleasant breakfast is located in the next building. It is uncomfortable to cook at the guesthouse if you wish to. But there is a fridge to store the food from the supermarket or "take away" and a microwave to reheat it. In addition, there is an opportunity to make coffee or tea, which are always available in the kitchen. You will also find some juice and water in the fridge to quench your thirst. My wife and I appreciate having a good time while visiting your guesthouse and the city!

Property was nice! Clean room, good location close to buss and metro.

The breakfast is across the street, in a lovely coffee bar, but the staff gave us the wrong opening hours, making us miss 2 out of the 3 mornings.
