Quiet and relaxing

No smoking in room, which is understandable, BUT you couldn't smoke outside either. You had to go to a corner at the very edge of the property. No shelter in the corner. It is their property and they can make the rules, but not very accommodating. The groundskeeper guy was a little rude about it.

Loved the location. The staff was very nice. It is basically a beach hotel. Parking was fine as well.

The swimming pool had a fence around it which was not very appealing to look at. Not sure how they can make it nicer but that was a little disappointing since it would have been nice to lay out.

Clean, quiet, on the beach. Convenient on the go breakfast. Umbrellas and loungers provided. Beautiful beach, not crowded.

Room air conditioner did not cool the room and the humidity level was high. Everything was a bit damp in the room, so we had to open the door to the room and the windows to get some cross-flow air to dry out the air in the room. Informed the desk when we left, but they were unconcerned. Desk person said "everything is humid here, we are by the sea. We have to replace the AC units every 6 months". Really? I live in SW Florida, on a saltwater canal and our AC works just fine.

The location was great, the public areas were kept clean, the pool was cleaned every day, and the staff was attentive. My room had everything needed for cooking. The place is very quiet and safe to go with children

I rented two rooms, one was #219 and the other was #302. Room #219 had very little lighting; it only had one light in the kitchen and two small lamp lights in the bedroom, which didn’t provide much illumination. On the other hand, room #302 was better maintained and had very good lighting. In addition to the lamp lights, it had wall lights and a ceiling light.

We are staying here for 3 nights as the last stop on our Florida cruise. After the unpleasant experiences with accommodations, we were looking forward to this place. We were very positively disappointed! :) We are a pretty critical family, but what we received here was a pleasant surprise for all of us. Clean, spacious, nicely arranged room. The kitchen and bathroom were also perfectly clean! We are Europeans, but the breakfast was to our liking. The beach and the path leading there are amazing! I highly recommend it to everyone, we would love to come back!

The room was very comfortable. Decorated really nice and simple. The kitchen has everything you need.

One coffee pack a day is not enough but I always bring my own coffee and pot, so it was a nonissue. We had a corner room so the balcony is a joke. Barely just enough room for two people. The walk to the beach is not too bad, but the sand is extremely hot to walk on. The pool is blocked off by some kind of blue screen so there is absolutely no view at all. The room was clean but the shower tiles need bleach. We were in third floor and there is no elevator.

Parking is a little challenging but manageable. Our rating is an 8 because of a nonfunctional microwave and leaking refrigerator, but to be fair there was a second microwave placed on the counter and the leak in the fridge stopped the 2nd or 3rd day we were there. The bathroom and shower were completely updated, clean, and very nice. The view and location were excellent and outweighed all of my previous comments by far. It was quiet and the sunrise every morning was wonderful. We would definitely return to this location!

I like the fact that the property is located right by the beach. You do still have to walk to it, but it is not real far. And umbrellas and chairs are set up every day from 9 to 5. The property is older. It is a renovated motel, but it’s extremely clean. The pool is nice. The linens on the bed are nice and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. Every unit has a kitchenette so that if you want to make food, you can. There is room to move around in the room. They are not tiny. There are two robes in each room as well, which is a nice touch . An ocean view room is great if you can afford it, but the rooms facing the parking lot have the same amenities except for the view. I didn’t find that it was worth spending extra money for it, but to each his own. There is a new girl named Agi, who was delightful and very friendly when I checked in. Because my room happened to be ready, she allowed me to check in early about (45 minutes.) they do allow you to use the facilities, before and after check in/ out.

The parking is tight. The shower does not have a door on it so water does leak out. They usually do not have early check-in. It will always depend on if the rooms have been cleaned before 4:00. I would’ve preferred a little more to breakfast other than just fruit cereal, bread, and a coffee machine, (some protein.)

I believe her name was Lori that worked at the front desk. I remember her saying she was from WI. She was extremely friendly and helpful. However there were 2 other people that worked the front desk that were very friendly or helpful. The room was great. Price was good as well as location. The room and grounds were kept very clean. I would definitely stay there again.

I wish all the staff that worked the front desk could be as friendly as Lori (the girl from WI) If she wasn't there, I probably wouldn't come back there again. All staff should be friendly and helpful.

This is a very well run hotel from the exceptionally helpful staff to the unique grab-and-go breakfast with an amazing coffee machine. It was a very popular stop over but despite being right on the public beach was neither noisy or too secluded in this very pretty area. Restaurants were near by and popular with locals as well as tourists. Wifi was good as was the TV offerings. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was showing its age. It has obviously been a popular destination for some time.
