Everything about this upstairs apartment was perfect for our 4 night ski vacation in North Lake Tahoe. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed to make breakfasts, ski lunches, and dinners, the living room was spacious for 3, the high table with stools was fine for short meals, and they brought us regular chairs on request. The balcony had a peaceful view and was perfect for meditating. The bedroom had lots of storage for a couple, and bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed in living room had only a thin mattress, but on request they brought a fuller mattress and mattress pad. The housekeeping staff and the repair staff were very responsive, as we had some minor light and heat issues, but all were resolved easily. Great management and communication before and during stay. Also an outdoor hot tub that was clean and actually hot enough for sore skiing muscles, and we were the only ones using it!

Had 2 villas so each person had their own space. Price was very reasonable. Each unit was clean. Plenty of towels. Comfortable bed and seating. Will definitely return and spend more time in Tahoe, no rushing, and use kitchen, BBQ, Hot tub/spa. Great units.

The lighting in the downstairs unit living room was dark. Only one lamp, which was a 3 setting lamp but had 1 level bulb. Use 3 way bulbs, it would have helped. Bedroom had 2 lamps with sun exposure. More than enough light.

The privacy and space was amazing, the accommodations were perfect. The kitchen had everything at the ready, including coffee. The Villa had two fully functional kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and patio. You can opt to leave the doors open to go up and down, or to close the doors for full sweet experience. It was very homey, and perfect for our stay. Staff was responsive throughout our stay.

It would be great to be able to access beach passes in incline village

Really good value, spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again despite the few hang ups. Great location and facilities.

Check in via video call was shocking and a bit confusing. The system was disconnected and the person on the screen had me try to reconnect it. We had slight difficulty finding our room, I wish we had been directed towards it however I understand because of the front desk being remote they don’t know the property. The jacuzzi was also much smaller than expected and our fireplace was broken in our room (however it’s possible they tried to avoid us having the broken fireplace as they didn’t want to give us the second floor right off the bat even though we booked it)

Check in was fine. We had to stand there awhile before someone showed up on the screen.

We found out at checkout that the way the remote people know you are at the desk is that you pick up the phone. But there is no signage telling you this. In addition to appropriate signage, the info should be in the booking confirmation. The remote woman told us there used to be a sign. Oh dear, someone must have taken it, she said. But the info should not rely on something that can get stolen or lost. People should be informed ahead of time. Also, we checked out early as the guy below us was smoking on the patio. It stunk up our deck so we couldn't sit outside, plus we had to close the slider as you could smell the cigarettes in the condo. No smoking should apply both inside and outside.

The location was overall good value for a weekend ski trip. There were a few minor annoyances, the sheet for the pullout bed was the wrong size, a few faucets had low pressure but otherwise it was serviceable and having a kitchen at this price point was good value. The Zoom-in front desk was a bit odd but worked without issue in my case

One bedroom condo with full kitchen. Good value for money, clean, good location for my purposes.

Check-in was done on-site, but through a camera and telephone, with no-one present in person. Table in unit was really small given lots of space was available.

The property is very close to everything. The stores and grocery is down the main Street. Rooms very spacious and clean. The video check in worked great. Would definitely stay here again when in the area

There should be more information regarding the video check in and how it works prior to arrival. I only knew how it worked prior because I had to call regarding a question about my reservation

Location was excellent - beautiful 4 mile run to Sand Harbor. Bonus was our own BBQ with outdoor seating. Hot tub, waterfall, also a communal BBQ and seating. The hot tub was perfect, free of strong chemical smells. Very peaceful and quiet, but off the main road.

A fold up bed stored in the huge closet would be perfect for two friends sharing. We brought our own.

The lodges were amazing. We booked the studio, but upon arrival were upgraded to the 2 bed lodge with a private hot tub - it was amazing. All appliances and cookware was brand new and there were plenty of towels on hand. It was clean, perfectly located close to restaurants and grocery store and we had no issues. Only caveat was that there were no oven pans to cook with, luckily we just made due with the stove, but nothing a simple foil grocery pan couldn’t fix if need be.

Loved everything, just more cookware for oven would be great for longer stays.
