Check in was most pleasant, with our receptionist being very welcoming and professional. Excellent breakfast service and able to make a pot of tea. We paid a little extra (via booking.com) and were able to get a fantastic room upgrade. We have never stayed in such a large room before - it was divided into a bedroom and living area and included a dining table for 4 !! As well as breakfast our rate included Fika (afternoon waffles) and an evening meal. All prepared really well by the on-site team. Thank you Clarion Kongsberg Team.

Tasty breakfast but scrambled eggs was awful and not fresh(made from powder not natural eggs -I guess) If you want to get to the hotel from railway station, by a walk, could be a bit tricky.

Breakfast and dinner are great. Hotel is located in the center of the city and it's easy to find + there's a public parking. There's a gym with almost everything you need, staff is very polite and helpful!

The breakfast. is diverse and so well done. Way above just good. The cake what they are doing Desk staff is also superior with good suggestions and they look up to find answers off they don't have the answer they search for the answer.

Our room as tight and the modern chair was uncomfortable. There were no luggage stand and few places to put one's cloths if one is there for several days as we were.

The breakfast was very good and a good selection. The location of the hotel was perfect, a short distance to all emenities. A nice room with a good bed. Very polite and helpfull staff.

Coffee maker should of had its own place. So it would be quicker and easier to make a cup of coffee.

Clean room with comfort beds. Very good tasty breakfast and service there. Good location for a quick walk around the town and along the river.

I would rate the hotel a bit more but: 1. I asked the two rooms to be beside each other and on the arrival the receptionist told us that the hotel was fully booked - we got one at 7th floor and the other at 9th. We unpacked our stuff but after an hour we asked another, very kind receptionist and he found two rooms at the same floor within 30second so it was about that the first one obviously didn't care about good service for the guests. 2. We were not informed precisely that the parking underneath the hotel is much cheaper that the one beside hotel. We asked about a parking in a message to the hotel. 3. In a double room there was just one chair and no space to put a laptop on. One person sitting on the chair meant that the other one had to sit on the bed.

This is a brand new hotel and it showed. Everything was fresh and spotlessly clean. I had a high floor room with a nice view. The hotel has a carpark. The facilities are good. The town center, and fantastic river view, are close by. There is a supermarket right by the hotel. This is a really great place to stay. I had dinner in the roof top restaurant with a view over the town.

The restaurant closed at 21:30 on my night of stay, which was a bit early, I don't know if the bar was open after that time. There is a free meal offered until 8pm, in the lobby area, but when I went down at 19:30 most of the food had gone.

The property was very Christmas cozy. Really enjoyed the public areas. Great location adjacent to the shopping center. I loved the waffle and coffee offering between 15:00 and 17:00.

If I had to mention something, i felt there could have been hooks on the bathroom doors to hang up my PJs☺️

Nice location in the center of town. It is next to a shopping mall and had free parking. They served waffles for an afternoon snack. Very good breakfast selection
