The location was perfect. Very much right in the heart of everything and an easy walk to Times Square area sights. The beds were VERY COMFORTABLE. I have stayed at the four seasons too and this was probably the most comfortable bed I have ever stayed in! The staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We had a few slights issues and I felt that the staff went above and beyond to remedy the issues. There is a nice spread for breakfast of muffins, croissants, ect… I love that they serve to 10 too bc we are not morning people.

The building itself, while clean, is really old. We did have a two roaches. Although, Jesus (in maintenance), came up hunted the one that got away down and brought us some raid. As far as I understand, that’s a common New York problem but didn’t love it. I would have liked regular coffee. There was only a cappuccino machine but that’s a personal preference. We did have issues with our A/C and the staff did try to fix it. There was no option for us to move rooms so the staff brought up a fan that was actually fine and ended up being comfortable without the A/C performing the way it should have.

The hotel is very nice,room is exceptional..but to pay 190$ a night with such a breakfast?improve your breakfast,u can’t serve oranges,bananas and bread without anything else..no eggs,no bacon,nothing and u call that breakfast??

I loved how close it was to many of the touristic site such as Times Square, Rockafellar Center, theaters etc. Subways were very close by for places that were farther away. The girl who checked us in was very friendly. Carol from the breakfast bar was extremely friendly which is always nice to see in the mornings. Richard the doorman was very helpful with information and answering questions with directions.

I didnt like that the lighting in our bathroom went out and was never fixed. I believe someone came by and my daughter was asleep and left but no one came back to fix it so we had to use our cell phones for lighting.

The staffs were very friendly and supportive. Especially the breakfast lady and the guards who always showed me the ways to where I wanted to go by either taxi or walking, The desk officers always changing my room cards as I kept on washing off the code. The rooms were always cleaned and all the towels, bedsheets changed and bed made...

The mattress was too soft: change it to hard ones. The heating system in my room was a bit too low. Put some room slippers for use .

This hotel was a sweet find among much fancier places nearby. The decor was interesting & unique. The room was spacious with extra places to sit & a little table. The bathroom was surprisingly large, including a very large shower. The location was so close to everything I planned to do, including one of my favorite breakfast places --- so I did not partake of the breakfast included, but there were plenty of people enjoying themselves in the breakfast room. I have stayed in more than a few bargain rooms in NYC, and this was, perhaps, the best. I would totally stay again. Bonus, the staff was very friendly & helpful. Even the TV was easy to use and offered tons of channels.

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly and found the location to be absolutely perfect. Everything was walking distance, including Broadway, Rockefeller Center and shopping, conveniently located near public transportation the staff were very helpful. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not superb. On arrival we were told that we were upgraded to a larger suite, but I can’t imagine what the smaller one would’ve looked like since ours was tiny. I definitely would not describe the stay as luxurious, however it was suitable for the price point.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The room was perfect for 5 people, but it got very hot at night if you didn't have the air-conditioning on. We managed fine as we weren't in the room very much! Great selection at breakfast. A very laid back feel to the hotel which was great - thanks to all the staff.

It was a bit cold for the person sleeping in the single sofa bed, as it was right next to the air conditioning unit. Lack of wardrobe space for a family of 5.

The rooms were clean & nice. Breakfast was good, convenient location as well. My family occupied 2 rooms on 2 separate floors. One room was rather spacious for a NYC hotel & the 2nd room had a decent little balcony view.

Room was on top 9th floor, and one elevator (the right one) did not go up to our floor. There were 2 elevators, and the one on the right (if you were looking at it straight coming from the lobby) would not allow us to press the 9th floor button, so we always had to use the elevator on the left (which is a bit annoying since you can’t choose which elevator comes when you press the button to call for one)

We stayed in a two room suite. It was comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were quite large, which was nice for our 6-person family. The breakfast was quite good as far as state-side continental goes. You absolutely cannot beat the location.

The site said there was a gym they had an agreement with for guests to use. It was about a block away, an easy walk. When my husband and I got there, the guy at the desk was very nice, and let us come, but also said that the hotel seemed confused.
