Clean and beds were comfortable. The price was fantastic because this area of Jersey is insanely expensive

I liked everything because I wasn't there to be in the hotel, I needed a clean, safe place to sleep. And this was it. People complained about the lack of breakfast but the hotel told me prior to coming what was being served, coffee, juice, muffins. And I could have cancelled if that was a problem, so why people complain, I don’t understand. Plus, the price of the place is fair, compared to other hotels in the area. So I guess if you want a hotel with a good breakfast you can pay twice as much. I prefer to save money and pick up my breakfast at the Starbucks.

You can't open the window at all. Traveling with public transport from NYC is not the easiest. The best and fastest way is to take a bus from Port Authority and then an Uber for the final part of the journey. The trip to NYC is easier, as the bus stop is right in front of the hotel by the highway. However, you can't cross the highway because there is no crossing.

Very comfy beds and pillows, large room, very quiet, gave us until noon to check out! Very nice service from man who checked us in and out during the day. Easy parking.

Needs updated interiors, hallways and lobby. Not walkable, seems like rougher crowd in evenings. Slow elevators.

The location right before the George Washington Bridge is great. It was nice and clean. I got this just to lay my head after many hours of driving. But this hotel surpassed my expectations. The person in the front desk, sorry I don’t remember his name, was very nice from check in to check out.

It was a great location, close to the venue, I was headed to NY, right over the Hudson, and I was there 20 minutes, no problem. There was a lot of traffic but it was moving steadily. Staff was friendly. Would return.

The only thing I didn't like was that there were 2 elevators, but only one was operational. So everybody in the entire building had to use this one elevator or the stairs.

I liked the cleanliness and comfort of our room, the staff was really friendly, it's so close to NYC, there was plenty of parking, the free coffee and mini muffins were okay. I would definitely stay there again 🫶

It was good for a one night stay while traveling through. Helpful and friendly staff.

Overall, it's kinda dated. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor and shower. Not horrible, but noticeable.

Quiet room was offered after complaining about the prior booking where the room visit was facing RT4 traffic noise. The front desk personnel listened to my complaint and even listened and accommodated me gracefully.

Probably better with more cosmetic look as the hotel looks old by its age. Very noticeable from the front door to the desk to the elevator to the room.

free parking, close to our destination, quietness

Extra bed we requested and paid for could be more comfortable. The best would be if you have some portable chair for sleeping already inside the room.

location near GW Bridge

No blanket on the bed (no bedspread or comforter - just a sheet). we requested a blanket and were told that housekeeping would send one up. Never got it.
