Very comfortable bed, although the room was small, The location just off Times Square is good, but not optimal. Staff were courteous and helpful,

In my opinion, the hotel is overpriced given its barebones nature. There was no food, (including breakfast) although restaurants are right next door. The elevators were slow (a common problem in hotels). It was a little hard to find (a canopy would have helped).

Ice and Water was available only on one floor. No hand soap in the room , nor any cups for morning coffee. Bare essentials- no frills or extras.

Fantastic location right near times square. Really well served by subway stations and uber's. Was ideal to explore New York. Managed to book at a very decent price and was completely happy with all aspects of room, staff and this booking. Found bed super comfy, room had decent air con and really enjoyed my stay. Purpose of travel was to attend WWE Summerslam with events in New Jersey and Smackdown in Newark, also wanted to explore New York. This location worked perfectly and would defiantly stay again if visiting the city. Multiple shops, street venders and reasturants/ bars within short walk from hotel as well. Extremely happy with this one.

A really central location, a stone's throw away from Times Square (around a minute to Times Square). The room was quite spacious for a couple; bigger than we were expecting for such a central location! The bed was comfy, and the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff every day. The overall hotel was very neatly presented, but you can expect this of a newly refurbished hotel! Foyer was in a 20's art deco style, which was pleasant; lots of marble and brass light fittings. There are a few nice bars and restaurants on the same street, so you're not far away from somewhere to grab a drink or a bite to eat; being so central, it's only a short walk to a massive selection of places to eat and things to do!

The only criticism we can think of are the hotel's windows... they don't appear to keep out much noise. Obviously, being in the centre of NYC, you can't expect a countryside-level of quiet, but loud noise from outside did disturb us a most nights; we were on the second floor, on the street-side of the hotel, so this probably didn't help matters. For a few nights, we were woken up by municipal street cleaning (a guy with a petrol-engine powered pressure washer, cleaning the sidewalk) at 2am! I went down to reception to complain and they said they were surprised that it was happening at that time. Apparently, this is only done every few years, so I guess we were just unlucky; it wasn't the hotel's fault and they did apologise anyway, I just mention it for the sake of completeness.

Overall, it was a great stay! I would have chosen absolutely the same hotel if I had to book again. - very friendly staff - the location was incredible, you are a few blocks away from everything - the room is small, but totally ok for two people, the bed was comfy - the room was being cleaned every day

- the warm water was not available every single day, not sure why. One day is super warm, another you have a hard time getting a quick shower - it is noisy, no doubt. We were on the 8th floor and you could totally hear what’s happening on the streets, but also the AC was quite nosy. It was not a problem for us though.

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The location of the hotel is really handy, and despite being off Time's Square wasn't very noisy. There's a bar next door called the Long Room, which we didn't realise was part of the hotel, but it's really nice too. Room was clean and the toiletries and facilities were very good.

Room didn't come with a kettle but instead had a Nespresso machine. There wasn't always creme or milk so had to have coffee black, which we didn't mind and in fact got used to. On one day we didn't have any fresh cups, but we were able to reuse our old ones so it was all fine. Wouldn't put me off staying here again.

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was huge. The heat was responsive. Room was well insulated from street noise, but as next to 1 elevator, got noisy periodically.

No ice machine, only giving 2 coffee cups, so either for coffee or water, both seemed cheap. Had to ask for bath towels as only supplied for 1 person, the first night. The restaurant next door, despite urgings to not cook/place eggs near wheat due to a severe Celiac affliction, my partner got sick 2 days in a row. The restaurant staff were nice but clueless.
