Lovely clean hotel and good proximity for the town. Reception staff very helpful. Liked the fact the wc was separate from the bathroom though rooms very small and they weren’t particularly cheap!

Room very small, air conditioning not working properly. No tea/coffee making facilities though we saw replacement sachets on the cleaners’ trolley! Not sure we would’ve parked had we not paid for the parking at the hotel!!

The hotel is well located for visiting Vannes. It has an underground car park that costs €15/day - see more on this below.

There is no parking outside near to the hotel, so you are almost obliged to use their car park. The car park itself is poorly designed as it is awkward to enter and, especially to leave the car park. The spaces are small with concrete pillars ready to dent your car, so avoid this hotel if you are not confident in parking in small spaces.

The hotel was halfway between the train station and city centre, which made it easy to walk to both. It was also quiet and clean, and our shower was separated from the toilet, which is always a nice thing to have when you travel with someone else. There was also a good amount of outlets, along with a table and a chair inside the room, which always adds up to practicality.

For some reason our toilet emanated a bad smell for the duration of our stay. We just closed the door on it and that helped, and we didn't report it so I cannot say what could have been done.

Staff were friendly and extremely helpful, went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. Beds were comfortable and extra bedding easily accessible through reception staff. Delicious breakfast with a range of options for all tastes. The location was excellent for arrival from the train station and for visiting the lovely city of Vannes. We'd love to come back!!

Compact rooms.

Room and bathroom was very clean. Very comfortable beds. Very clean white linen. Check-in staff was very helpful. They reserved overground parking space for our large car.

The shower door did not close fully so water got onto the bathroom floor. Not a problem for a one night stay though. We mentioned it to the Reception so they could fix it for future guests.

Excellent b/fast. Room was cleaned daily, unless requested otherwise. Short walk (uphill) to the shops, old town and buses. Excellent bus service.

The evening meal was provided by caterers - good food but very little choice.

Very clean, comfortable and well-situated for the old city. Private underground car parking is attractive (not free). Staff are lovely. I will be using this chain again.

There was an air-conditioning break down; it was 34 degrees outside. Very hot night. Check that it is fixed.

A comfortable, clean modern chain hotel 10 minutes walk from the old town of Vannes. Although it's located on a busy road the double glazing kept most of the noise out so this wasn't an issue. Secure parking for my bicycle in a locked storeroom. Friendly helpful staff.

The superior room was very nice, with a good shower, the underground car parking was also great. It is a short walk to the start of the old town with plenty of shops which then leads you to the restaurants.
