Our host was truly amazing! From the very beginning, communication was fast and easy — always available on WhatsApp and quick to respond to any questions or requests. They provided fantastic local recommendations that really made our trip special. On top of that, the host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, which made everything so much smoother and stress-free.

The breakfast was served at a nearby café, which wasn’t as comfortable as having it at the hotel itself. The products were of normal quality but it wasn’t the typical hotel-style breakfast we were expecting — there was no buffet and the options were more limited. We missed the variety and convenience that a larger hotel breakfast usually offers.

Everything. The room was cleaned everyday and this was the first place that we stayed in Sicily that gave clean towels and the towels were thick and soft. We also were given two bottles of water each day. Breakfast was not provided there but you are given two vouchers each day to have breakfast at a pastry shop next door. Everything in the pastry shop was delicious. The location is great walking distance to everything. Now for the best part. Andrea is the nicest person you’ll ever meet. He picked us up from the train station, drove and picked us up from the temples, and when we left, he drove us to bus station. Anything we needed he was right there. There isn’t a lift but again Andrea carried our luggage up to the room.

Not a thing

Loved our stay in Agrigento and this was a perfect place for us to enjoy it! Short walk to a great bar and lovely restaurants, Sal 8, as recommended by Andreas! Great base for exploring Valley of the Temples and Scala dei Turchi! Andreas also has a great breakfast deal with a local bakery, Le Cuspidi, that recently won Italy’s 2025 best ice creamery - declined ice cream for breakfast so can’t comment on their rights to that award, but had pastries and coffee to die for!

Our stay was for 2 nights and we paid for 2 breakfasts as part of that deal, but the cafe was closed on the second morning? We tried contacting Andreas for any other breakfast recommendations, but got radio silence! All I’d say is, be honest with your guests about what they are paying for - you must have known the cafes hours of opening in advance, so don’t charge people for a breakfast you know they won’t be able to access!

Our host Andrea was a great communicator and sent very clear instructions and came to meet us as soon as we arrived. We immediately felt at home as he detailed the accomodation, gave location tips and detailed how breakfast was provided by local cafes. All this detail was backed up by what's app confirmations. We stayed in the loft self-contained unit which is spotlessly clesn,modern and furnished in a luxurious contemporary style. Agrigento is a pleasant town with good access to the Valley of Temples, there is plenty of choice regards places to eat and Andrea's tips were excellent. The whole operation was professional and we count ourselves lucky we picked this accomodation. Thanks for your hospitality.

Nothing we can think off!

We stayed for one night at Krysos Bed & Breakfast in Agrigento, and without a doubt, it was the best stay of our entire trip to Sicily. From the moment we arrived, Andrea, our host, made sure we had a comfortable stay. He met us in front of the building, helped carry our luggage to the rooms. Andrea’s hospitality and attention to detail really set this place apart. He provided us with helpful local tips, shared audio guides that enriched our touristic visits and experience, and was always available to assist, including sharing locations for free parking spots for our car, which made everything seamless. The rooms were newly renovated, nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable. We loved the selection of coffee and tea options available as well. The location is also very central and convenient for exploring Agrigento and the Valley of Temples. Breakfast was served at a nearby bakery, where we tried the best pistachio ice cream we had in Sicily, something Andrea made sure we didn’t miss! He also recommended a local restaurant for dinner (Sal8), which turned out to be the best dinner we had during our entire Sicily trip. This stay exceeded our expectations. Andrea truly goes above and beyond as a host.

Great experience! Andrea makes everything easy, from recommendations, offering help with every single thing you may need. Even offers a city guide with audio descriptions, included with the reserve. Rooms deliciously designed and clean. If I could dream of a perfect B&B would be this way. The best B&B we stayed in all Sicily. The temple Valley is absolutely breathtaking but he city need so much work in rehab. There were a lot of things closed, because our visit was on Monday.

The is no elevator but, it's a first or a second floor, there are also 2 short flights of exterior stairs, but Andrea took our biggest luggage up, even though It's prepared for self check in.

The host was very friendly and helpful, sharing excellent tips and links for restaurants, sights, and importantly for Italian old towns - parking. Krysos has a perfect location near the town center. The apartment is tastefully furnished and with comfortable beds, pillows, and bedding. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee, teas, and water. Breakfast was included in the price and provided at a nearby gelateria, awarded for the best ice cream in Italy. We enjoyed coffee, fresh orange juice, panini, and a gluten-free pastry there in the morning.

While we never met Giusy, he was extremely helpful in sending an item left in the room. He responded to messages quickly, the room is modern, clean, and very comfy with a small couch (a luxury in most B&Bs). The location is directly across from the promenade overlooking the valley (of temples and more) - a beautiful location! Breakfast is provided at a nearby bakery - which happens to be one of the must-eat-at places on my list! Our stay was excellent.

The little side street leading up to the staircase to the building has an sex shop which caused alarm bells initially. First thought was ... "Are we in the red-light district?" It all turned out well; never saw anyone coming/going there.

The host was so friendly, he welcomed us to the room, showed us all the local interests, i.e. where to park for the valley of temples and recommended some good choices for dinner. The room, bathroom and shower unit are very good size. Breakfast at the local bar was amazing. The property is at a good location, walking distance to old town where the restaurants and bars are. The room was quiet and bed was comfy.

The water for shower is a bit small and water keep changing between warm and cold (maybe we didn't figure out how to use it properly)

We booked 2 rooms for our trip. Both rooms were modern, clean, and most importantly for the end of December - warm. 2 big complimentary water bottles in every room, and a coffee machine. Also in our opinion, rooms looked much better in real life than on photos. Andrea helped us with navigation, Parking, luggage, restaurants. We went to the restaurant he recommended and loved it. He also gave us useful(!) recommendations for the sightseeing, which we appreciated a lot. Breakfast was at the bar, we had a super short walk overlooking the sea, the bar is famous for their (Pistachio) ice cream. Many locals go there for their morning coffee fix. We had an amazing cappuccino, a non-sweet option and a pistachio croissant. All was very tasty. The whole experience was pretty awesome and so far this is my fist 10 stars review on Booking for Sicilia 🧡
