Peaceful, comfortable, friendly, recommend

Place looks ok inside and "matches the photos", but simply isn't ready to have guests until issues highlighted have been addressed.

This is the first time I ever rate a place this low. And this isn't due to a single thing going wrong, but this place simply isn't setup to have guests. Starting from the ABSURD fact they do not provide bed linen. How can you be listed on booking.com and not provide bedding? Obviously you are offered bedding for an additional 30 euros! That's just a scam, to advertise a place for a price and have an obviously needed item charged separetely. Based on that, you can probably guess there were no towels, bathroom mats or tea towel. Dont expect any of the "basic nice to have things" some places offer (e.g. soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, olive oil), the place is bare. Don't get fooled by the photos, there's an immense amount of trash scattered across the property. After 6pm mosquitos dominate the place and windows must stay shut, meaning it can get above 30 degree Celcius inside. No aircon or fan available. Communication was very poor, before and during. Messages on booking.com were ignored with arrival time. Face to face communication also non-existant unless you speak French. No English at all. Wifi password not provided until asked (should be displayed in the room). This is just a small range of issues with this place. Honestly it needs to be taken down from booking.com until it is ready to host people again.
